As a PTA recovering from a rotator cuff repair I had expected to have the undivided attention of my…read morePT. Instead, their business model is for the PT to treat two patients at the same time. I assume this is to increase profits but unfortunately at the expense of quality of care. Each time I was treated, there was another patient being treated by my PT at the same time. Each of us patients were simply performing our home exercise program, with the exception of a few minutes of the PT performing some manual therapy on me. Their charges are very high and when I received my statement there were redundant charges that didn't reflect the therapy that I actually received. I have switched to a clinic where I'm the only patient being seen by my PT, who is creative and provides a much more dynamic exercise and manual therapy program and I'm progressing well with my rehab. Unfortunately, RMSS is so profit driven that they sacrifice quality of care. As a practicing PTAssistant, I know what charges should be put in for the treatment I received and what quality of care looks like.
