The Front Office staff has always been very helpful & friendly - over the phone & in person. The main reason for my visit was for a rotator cuff issue with my primary doctor, Dr. Mark Wisthoff. I checked in ten minutes early & was called back right at appointment time. I saw the Nurse Assistant first who was friendly & personable. After asking some questions, updating my chart & taking my vitals, my wait time for the doctor was only about five minutes. Dr. Wisthoff has always been timely & efficient but most importantly he has a great "bedside manner". He's genuine with a good sense of humor & really takes the time to listen. Note, he responds very quickly to questions in the patient portal as well. I really appreciated Dr. Wisthoff providing me with three options to resolve my problem. It's been a week now & my shoulder pain is almost gone. If you're looking for a new doc I highly recommend Dr. Wisthoff!

I came in beginning of year thinking I had Covid or something very high fever. Ended up positive for flu dr comes in and says "wow you actually are sick I thought you were faking for a note for work" like I had a fever and severe chills. I should've known to never come back. But I did a week ago because of uti symptoms long story short I did indeed have a uti so I got a call from the pharmacy about a prescription which is the only reason I knew I got a call two days after having medication for results. You guys should have called before my prescription even got filled. Well now fast forward I throw up the medication so I call to see what I need to do and I get told to keep taking medication. Well okay don't I need to test afterwards to make sure specifically since I threw up an antibiotic and the girl goes oh yeah come back to get tested. She wasn't going to tell me to come back until I asked. Horrible malpractice why would you not tell a patient who has had kidney infection prior to come back after antibiotics when one was thrown up how can you guarantee it absorbed at all without a test. (I forgot to add that when I left a swab and pee sample I wasn't told to leave my name nor was there a label. The box that I was told to leave the sample had other peoples samples unlabeled as well not sure how they keep track of who's who's) now I get to come back and pay another fee just to get tested.
