I had a very positive experience at Peak Form Medical Clinic in Brighton. I had complications from a recent major knee surgery (soccer injury) which was going to require a second procedure. My range of motion was limited due to scaring within the knee. I asked the surgeon if we could try a second round of PT and he agreed. I worked with both Jeanette and Lance throughout my treatment. Both were incredibly compassionate, but also supplied the push that I needed to break through. When I came in for the first treatment I had a severe limp (due to limited range of motion in my knee) that one doctor told me would probably never go away. When I left my last treatment I was running around cones in the parking lot without pain. I can't say the experience was a visit to the spa; the sessions were often intense and painful. But both Jeanette and Lance understood the challenge and embraced it with me. A couple months after my last visit I still have the full range of motion and am able to enjoy activities that I thought were beyond me. It appears I will not be visiting the surgeon again. I am grateful to Peak Form and the coaching and encouragement they supplied which helped me over this hurdle. read more

My therapist, Danielle Sigman, was awesome! This was my first experience with physical therapy and I didn't really know what to expect. Although it was painful at times, it was necessary for progress. Danielle explained every task and what was expected of me and what I should expect from it. She listened to my concerns and answered every question I had no matter how trivial. Her "bedside" manner was better than my actual surgeon. When I was frustrated because I didn't feel like I was making any progress, she reassured me every visit that even the slightest change was progress. Though I had to stop therapy due to a personal reason, she remained in contact with me to check in on my progress. The staff working the front desk were very friendly and took care of business. It turned out to be a pretty good experience. If ever I need therapy again, I will return to Peak Form. Thank you to everyone there. read more

After falling and breaking my left shoulder in three places as well as having torn my right rotator cuff two months before (what a mess), I thought I would have extremely limited use of my arms for the rest of my life but Lance at Peak Form did everything my physical condition would allow to help me heal and gain back the use of both my arms. He made sure that I worked to do my part but always with kindness and concern. It was also a pleasure to walk in to their facility and be greeted by Cathy, and the rest of the front desk staff, with a smile and encouraging words. I will need double knee replacements in the near future and will be using their services again. If you need PT, the Brighton location of Peak Form is definitely my recommendation. read more

I worked with Lance at Peak Form Medical Center for my physical therapy on my Shoulder. He went out of his way to make sure all of my needs were met. Lance was able to keep me motivated and with his help I have made a better recovery than was expected. I had all 4 tendons completely torn in my left shoulder and also tore my bicep from the bone. All of this damage I was told by the surgeon that I should expected a 20 to 25 % impairment of my shoulder for the rest of my life., With Lance help I was able to get it down to less than 10 % impairment. I would definitely recommend Peak Form medical center, Lance and Dr. Moses to anyone that that has an injury. read more

I have been treated at Peak Form for two separate workman's comp injuries on both sides of the clinic. The medical side is always professional and there to answers my questions and calls. The P.T side is always a joy to interact with. Lance has been my P.T for my most recent injury for the past two and a half years and always gently pushes to make sure my strength and range of motion is improving. During the Covid period I feel the clinic has taken more than enough steps amd precautions to ensure the safety of patients and staff. read more

I have been receiving services from this facility for awhile now. My deep tissue work done by Salina is incredible. She works professionally and makes your session feel incredible. Excellent all the way around. Lance is the best! He was patient but determined to get me back on track. After a few weeks, I had strength and movement back in my arm and shoulder. I have been seeing Tess for a separated AC joint and she has greatly reduced my pain and improved my shoulder mobility.
