Very disappointed with my experience at Health Express in Raynham. Their posted hours state they're open until 7:00 PM, but I arrived at 6:39 PM and was met with a locked door. A medical assistant came to the door and told me they stop registering patients after 6:30 PM. She then asked if my visit was "emergent." I replied, "No, it's urgent. Hence why we're here at urgent care." What made this even more frustrating is that I was seen at this same location around 6:45 PM just a few days earlier. When I mentioned that, I was told, "It depends on the provider." As someone who works in the emergency room, this is exactly why we see an influx of patients whose conditions could have easily been treated at an urgent care. If patients are turned away during posted business hours, many will end up seeking care in an already overcrowded emergency department. If registration ends at 6:30 PM, then that should be clearly posted instead of advertising that you're open until 7:00 PM. For anyone looking for an urgent care with excellent customer service, I highly recommend Southcoast Health Urgent Care near Target. read more

My mistake was not reading these reviews first!! I don't usually write reviews but the way we were treated yesterday was so Unacceptable I felt compelled to!! I am a Healthcare Provider who has worked in direct patient care for the last 23 years. Prior to that I started my career in the office doing receptionist/billing/insurance/collections work, etc...To say that I was ABSOLUTELY Appalled at how Rude, Dismissive, Condescending, Unprofessional, and the overall Unwillingness to help the Receptionist displayed towards us is an Understatement!! I would NEVER treat or talk to a patient in the tone with such attitude as she did us. I didn't get her name because she wasn't wearing a name tag, scrub top or even a jacket/sweatshirt with the company name/logo on it. She was just wearing a street sweatshirt!! I was out with my niece, I told her she needed to be seen and this location was only 5 mins away. Long story short this receptionist didn't seem to know they did not accept my niece's insurance. She wasted an hour of our time asking us to call the insurance company to get confirmation her insurance was active. Which I understand & we did. The insurance company was even confused as to why she wouldn't just call the provider number on our behalf. Anyway, it took the supervisor from the insurance company calling Health Express twice because the 1st time this lovely young lady actually hung up on her for the supervisor to finally figure out what the problem was.l was even willing to pay the $135 (I think) it was for my niece to be seen not using her insurance to save time since we had wasted so much. After thinking about it I decided with that receptionists incredible poor attitude there was no way I was letting anyone from this facility treat her if this is the kind of employees they have representing their office, I'm ALL SET!! I was wondering why there were only a couple of patients there the entire time we were. Now I guess I know why!! I was always taught the receptionist/secretary/check in person is like the window to the office being that they are the first impression/contact you have with the office/facility. THANKFULLY, we left and went directly to Bridgewater to Care Central Urgent Care and we couldn't of been happier!! The staff were all Professional, Kind, Compassionate, Polite and Eager to help. Also, the facility itself seemed cleaner, smelled better, offered masks, hand sanitizer & tissues. They had separate containers for clean & used pens. If you are in need of an Urgent Care do yourself a favor and go right to Bridgewater it's only 15 mins away!! I agree with the other reviews i've seen this receptionist should find a job that she enjoys & makes her happy because if someone is really sick the last thing they need is to deal with her nasty attitude!! read more

Second time coming here in as many years and both experiences have been great. I was seen by the same nurse practitioner, Julia Hankin, and she was very friendly and took her time diagnosing me and answering my questions. I wish I could choose her as my PCP. Unprofessional, rude staff. No professional attire (ie: scrubs). They wear graphic T-shirts and hoodies and eat in front of patients. NP breaks HIPPA by talking about patients in the open, and she is incredibly condescending and rude. Manager could care less about office concerns, and I suspect that's why it's run so poorly. The reviews reflect what I am conveying, and that almost always comes down to poor management. Advice to owner: Hire qualified professionals without bad attitudes that actually want to be there, including and especially management. read more

If you want to feel like you are just a paycheck to the doctor and not have him even look you in the eyes come here. This is the 2nd time I have come here and both times have been for something simple as a red eye and shoulder discomfort and both times before even actually looking into what's wrong they try to send me to another doctor until I have to talk my way into getting looked at. It's been over a year since I have been back here and as soon as I got in the door I immediately remembered why I don't come to this place. The Doctor could care less on what's going on with you and just wants to write you off and head to his tee time. read more

This place was horrible, drive by Healthcare at its finest. Even after I tested negative for both flu and covid they still did not let me in the building, I was "examined" from a takeout window! She listened to my lung sounds through my sweatshirt with traffic noise, there's no way she got any accurate information. Just sent me on my way with a "viral" diagnosis! Whole process took 1.5hrs, absolutely ridiculous and shameful! I will be reporting this to my insurance company as well, because if this is billed this as a "comprehensive" exam, that's fraud! read more

In my 55 years on this planet, I've never seen any like this. They have you stand outside in the cold and rain, to take your information and vitals through a small hole in the window, then they have you wait in your car until they are ready to take you in. Even after you test negative for Covid they won't let you in the building until they call you. Believe all the negative reviews, because this place is run very poorly. Go elsewhere! read more

What a horrible experience! The woman answering the phone was the rudest person I've encountered in quite sometime. Her tone along with her attitude was so unprofessional. She seemed as if I was inconveniencing her by my call and need to be seen. Not to mention, it sounded like there was a party occurring in the background. All I wanted was a simple physical and she stated she couldn't help me and that I would need to see my primary care physician. I was taken back. I couldn't believe she stated that. What do people do when they don't have medical coverage or a primary care physician do to cost, unemployment, or an urgent medical concern? I've had great experiences at this Health Express over the years. I tend to come here before my PCP to avoid long wait times for visits that meet the urgent care criteria. I've always had knowledgable, compassionate doctors and medical staff care for my needs and I've most recently had COVID-19 testing and their setup is great. Overall, I highly recommend this location. Great staff, fast, quality service and a nice clean facility. A++ read more

I'm a nurse who has been there numerous time just for convenience on weekends. Definately not recommended. Go the extra miles and go to Urgent Care Walk In off the Middleboro rotary. I've seen this doc many times before comes in introduces himself. I said I know Dr. Hincky I've been here with you many times. He has 0 personality and I tell him a nurse and gives me useless information. The PA I've seen in the past was ok. I went this time with a urinary tract infection which did not get better and I had an allergic reaction to the med I was on. I had to call for 3 days straight and was without medicine because calls were never returned. When I finally got nasty on day 3 another medicine was called in . When I asked what the issue was and to wait 3 days for this to be addressed was unacceptable I was tol they've been really busy! What a stupid thing to say. I'd love them to say that to DPH! read more

I'm not sure why the other two reviews are so negative. This place has been amazing to me every time I go. The staff is very friendly and professional. I had chest pains and not only did they give me an EKG they also took an x ray and prescribed me medicine that made me feel better. This is my go to place when I can't see my dr right away and they have always taken very good care of me. read more

DO NOT GO HERE....Hurt my foot badly. They took x-rays to confirm I had a broken foot. They put my foot in a boot, gave me crutches and sent me on my way. After a few days, I started to question what they had given me. Turns out that I was correct...The boot was way too big and not supporting my foot very well and the crutches were too long. I could not get a new boot or crutches at my Orthopedic doctor since insurance would not pay for a second pair. So I opted to have it put into a cast instead. These workers even looked like they really didn't care. Should have know that this was a bad place when I saw no one in the waiting area!! read more

Do NOT go here. Brought my daughter here two full days ago for strept. Rapid was negative, still haven't gotten the results back that they sent out MORE than 48 hours ago. Just called and was told by the receptionist "there's nothing they can do". We're at her pediatrician's office now. She has strept. Thank you for taking my $30 co-pay though.
