They will tell you to sit on a wait list "in case we hire a new doctor" or find your own new doctor. I am 31 years old starting to experience minor health issues and was considering having children soon, so of course I need a doctor. And this place I have been coming since I was a child, over 20 years, has literally kicked me out. They would like to say it's because "I haven't been there in 3 years" but that's simply because when I called for an appointment a year and a half ago, they insisted I do a telehealth visit. Which then doesn't count as a visit. There have been many times in the past where I didn't need to see the doctor for a few years, and the office never released me as a patient or did this to me. Only now that I am older, and actually need a doctor are they dropping patients, nice! I am completely disgusted by this office and their response to me about this. It's so hard to find a new PCP I am already seeing that there are absolutely none taking new patients in my area! This is literally life changing stuff here and they simply don't care. They are quite literally searching for technicalities to oust long time patients. Despicable.

This man could not speak to me without a cynical tone. He asked me many questions that had absolutely nothing to do with my health, or a tetanus shot; he asked about my profession, he stated that I bounce around allot in jobs, he pried into what I did at my previous job and why I left, he then made assumptions about my health insurance, when I told him he was wrong he looked at me like I was an idiot and told me to "listen carefully this time" and then repeated himself. When he took my weight he said it loud enough for the whole office to hear and said I looked like I was that weight and he could have guessed. I'm all for casual conversation, these questions would have been fine if it was not for the cynical tones, eye rolling and better than thou additude. After taking my height he asked if he got the same height that I think I am, I told him he was off, he told me he was "close enough". After his verbal questionnaire I finally received my tetanus shot. Only to find a few days later when my bill arrives that he received $120 from me to ridicule my personal life. They charged me this money not for the shot but for the doctors visit. This man was paid over $100 to get information from the that I could have filled out on a piece of paper and a total of 15 minutes of his time to ask me verbally and make small talk. I called their office asking about this charge and they stated the doctor must be paid for his time.

So today my husband and I scheduled our appointments back to back. His was at 2pm, mine at 3pm. We were both here on time. My husband 15 min early, and I was 30 minutes early. Well it is currently 3:40 and I have yet to be seen by the doctor and my husband is still here waiting. I understand covid makes things a little slower, but this is unacceptable! I've thought about switching Drs for a while now but this has solidified my decision. Unacceptable to keep a patient waiting almost 45 minutes and my poor husband who has been sitting here since 2pm (it's currently 3:45). At least check-in within 15 minutes to let me know you're running really behind allowing me the option to leave!!

Caring primary care providers and other services under one roof. There's a mix of patients here;…read moresome (like me) are in active recovery, some are here just for regular primary care. They take MassHealth and all those insurances under the Health Connector. I have a PCP here (she's a Nurse Practitioner -- there are a lot of NPs and a couple of MDs), see a psych provider here, see a cardiologist here, and have been to the Nutritionist here. I'm in the Suboxone program and go to group meeting here. Everyone is kind, straight-talking, and it's a non-judgmental zone as there are all kinds of folks here from every walk of life. NO one -- from my PCP to the other docs to my counselors - looks down on me here, talks down to me, or makes me feel like an addict. The care is good, and the staff are "real". I get called for outside quickly. It feels like family here. Even the folks that work here seem to like each other, and down-to-earth, and obviously like their jobs.The only fault is that their phones are good/not good and often have something screwy going on and I get transferred around a lot, but I can deal with it for the good care I get.
