Scammers! My insurance was activated today and I explained to the receptionist that I do NOT have a primary Dr. as of yet, since it was just activated. I specifically asked them if they are equipped with x-rays, ultra sounds etc for a breast check. I was told yes. The receptionist informs me that I have a $10 balance from my Previous Employers Pre-Employment physical drug testing. I told her it's not fair, that's my former Employers responsibility, not mine and why was I now being told 10 years later? She said if I didn't pay it, I would not be seen, so I paid it because I needed to be seen regarding my painful breasts. I finally see the Dr. and she informs me that she's "unable" to diagnose me with anything, they do not have the equipment to do any imaging on me and she was unable to order any labs for me without me having a Primary Dr. So I said, what's the purpose of me being here if you're not going to do anything for me? All while I'm sitting on the table with my breasts exposed along with the medical assistant in the room. I told the Dr. I "INFORMED" the receptionist that I do "NOT" have a Primary DR. If I would have known that I was not going to be seen, I would not have wasted my time for no actual results! I tried covering myself up to get dressed and go home and she said she'll check me. She pushed around my breast then tells me she cannot diagnose me with anything, and could not order any imaging or labs and I would need to follow up with my Dr. So I pretty much went there, ended up paying a $10 passed balance fee and a Dr. that pushed around my breasts only to tell me much of nothing! With my breast feeling excruciating pain and a burning sensation, she recommended warm compresses with Tylenol and follow up with my Dr.!!! Un-freaking believable!!! *Original visit 12/2022* Walked in today around 11am to get antibiotics and pain relief for very obvious tonsillitis. The front desk girl with the red braided hair was very nice at check in. There weren't many people in the waiting room and I was yo be seen third. An older white male came in way after I had and her was there for a DOT, but was seen before me which was unacceptable since I was there before him by at least 10 mins. My reason for this review and my issue is that the same receptionist then said some very disrespectful things to my mother who was there to assist me since I was faint and could hardly speak. The receptionist spoke in a very clear attitude to my mother. "Do you have an appointment to be seen today, if not you're not even supposed to be in here. You're supposed to wait outside. You can leave if... etc etc" dismissively. Rightfully so, my mother became upset because all we needed was a proper explanation, not disrespectful back talk. Perhaps she needs some retraining on her customer interactions and proper ways to inform without escalating an issue. *Second visit 11/08/2023* Went in to try to get seen for tonsillitis and was told I was banned from the facility. I wish I could give ZERO stars! Covid test scheduled for 9:15. Received call at 9:41 telling me I would get another call when a room was available and that I was next in line. That call came at 9:54. Nurse came in and did my Covid testing before 10:00. She told me a provider will be right in before I go. It is now 10:25 and still no provider. Not to mention the lights turned off as I am sitting here waiting. I have been here multiple times and know that the provider is just going to give me the okay to leave, which should be done by the nurse immediately after taking the test. Person behind the desk gave attitude because I wanted to stay with my fiancé who was about to pass out due to a deep cut in her hand. Rude and unprofessional. Couldn't be less "urgent" or "caring" Fiancé waited in a room to be seen alone while nearly passing out and to help they gave her a bucket to use if she got sick from pain. I visited CareCentral in Bridgewater twice in one month. The staff was extremely professional and took care of my needs. The facility is clean and welcoming. This was my go to urgent care facility pre COVID but today I had an virtual appointment scheduled and waited 32 minutes and no one showed up. When I called the office, I was put on hold and disconnected twice after waiting 6 min each time. Completely unprofessional. They better not charge me or my insurance for their no show. read more

My husband and son sat in a room for over two and a half hours to be discharged at closing time. Both positive for strep throat and they called/faxed their prescriptions in to a closed pharmacy. Then shut and locked the doors and turned off the lights. If they'd at least given them paper prescriptions, they could have had them filled at a different pharmacy. Whitman is open until 9 pm. Twelve more hours of not being able to eat or sleep. read more

Great Urgent Care. They quick and courteous. I was in with a chest X-ray ordered immediately where they found pneumonia. In and out within an hour. If I had gone to the Er I would've been there for 4-6 hours exposed to so many other germs. I highly recommend them. I visited this facility at their Bridgewater location because I had fallen on some ice and was pretty sure I fractured my wrist/forearm. Everyone was so kind and compassionate from the minute I walked through the door. Ellie, (Gabrielle) one of the nurses, had such a calming and caring way about her, making sure I was in as little pain as possible. Rachel was also wonderful. She had to give me a shot, and I hate needles. I barely felt it. Dave did my X-rays and he too was also amazing. Dr. Chase was extremely thorough with an even better bed side manner. My care there was definitely 100% . I left there with no questions or concerns as everything was covered thoroughly. I would highly recommend this facility if you want great care without the hassle or waiting time you would experience in an ER. read more

I just went in here for the first time this morning for both myself and my son. Great experience! I am 7 months pregnant, and had a really bad cough with a few other symptoms. Front desk was super friendly and helpful even with a rowdy toddler causing chaos. The doctor was very thorough and honest, also extremely patient with my crazy toddler. She kept him occupied while still tending to me. I was in and out fairly quickly with all my prescriptions ready to pick up within 5 min. Of leaving. Its definitely convenient, and while i hope to not have to go often i will sure to be back if needed. Thank you! read more

This place deserves 0 stars. So I called the # on the door to be seen (their doors are locked go figure). The woman on the phone was extremely inconsiderate & rude off the bat. Since this is a holiday weekend a lot of doctors are closed until Tuesday. I was having a pretty serious issue on my surgical site & I was advised to visit my local urgent care center in case I needed antibiotics. The lady on the phone immediately tried to stop me & wouldn't let me talk. Then talks to someone else in the office & tried to tell me to go to an emergency room instead of trying to see me to assess the issue. Why in the world are you in business as an "urgent care" center if you are turning patients away?! Might as well close this office down. They did absolutely nothing to help me besides send me to an emergency room when I am sure my problem could have been resolved had they opened the door and got me in. Extremely unprofessional staff & their unwillingness to help a patient was beyond me! I hope that one day find yourself in my shoes & get the same treatment you expressed to me today! I've been in the health care field over 10 years & if I ever treat any patient the way you all acted out today my boss would have my head & I'd be fired immediately! The lack of empathy and professionalism without even seeing me was unacceptable! I truly hope you shut down, why are you open if you send patients to the emergency room without assessing them? I will be calling after the holiday weekend & filing a complaint for sure! Not one person showed willingness to help! Unbelievable! Please find a new job! Went last week with my husband and everything was wonderful. I even told my sister about it and she also went last week to get the rapid test and everything went well for her too. When my husband and I went last week, they told us our insurance would cover the rapid and the regular Covid test, so if we wanted both, we could do them both because it is covered by insurance, so he went ahead and got both. So yesterday, I was having Covid symptoms and have been recently exposed so figured I'd better get checked too. Well the woman on the phone was so rude and nasty. She asked for my insurance card and I realized that I had forgotten that at home, so I told her that I'd call my husband to get the card number and she hung up on me. When I called her back, she proceeded to tell me that the rapid test is no longer covered by my insurance. She said if I wanted that I would have to pay $160.00 out of pocket. I told her that my husband and I were just here a few days ago and he was offered both and told that both were covered, she said well the laws have since changed over the weekend. So as I'm sitting in the Parking lot there waiting, I called my insurance company. BCBS stated that they do cover the rapid and the regular test. I actually conferenced my insurance in as the rep was willing to speak to her and she refused to talk to them to verify that information that the test is covered. She reiterated to me that if I want the rapid test, it would be $160.00. Then she hung up on me again. Now mind you, I've been sitting there for an hour already. She told me when I first called that there was a 2 hour wait and I told her that I would wait. She actually tried to deter me and tried to get me to leave due to the high wait times. This woman was so unprofessional, nasty, mean and rude. She should not be working in the medical profession and dealing with sick people, here I am with fever and Covid symptoms and she didn't give a shit, I actually had my insurance on the phone and the rep heard it all. I said to her "why are you so mean, your being so mean and you keep hanging up on me, I'm here and I need to get the test"' please don't go here, it was the worst experience I've ever had at a medical facility. Terrible place ! Do not go here ! I made an appointment the day before for a covid testing and I got there for my appointment at 1:04pm texted them I was here they called about 5 minutes later asking why I was coming in today and said that someone else will call me and do a telecall. I waited 2 hours ( and counting, currently 3:55pm so almost 3 HOURS !! ) and no phone call. I called around 1:50pm and they said someone was going to call me, like she "previously stated" when I was on call with her, (she was snippy). I then went inside around 2 something because I had to pee real bad when I went in there was two ladies at the front desk doing nothing and just on their phones ! Went back to my car after using the restroom and waiting for about another 30 minutes. I ended up going to Health Express urgent care in Raynham on route 44. Within less than 10 minutes they had me checked in and did my COVID test. Currently waiting for the results right now. Should know them within the next 15 minutes ! read more

The MA brought my kids (3 and 5) to a dirty room with no light on. Kept asking the same questions over and over. She didn't even end up recording the correct symptoms or time frame in the end. The doctor was incredibly rude. I brought my boyfriend with me, these were my kids not his, the doctor barely looked at me and only talked to my boyfriend. Once again they are my kids. He was incredibly condescending when he talked. This was just the most recent horrible experience. The MAs are usually nice, but I've met three rude doctors and nurse practitioners. I keep hoping for a better experience, because this office is so convenient. But I've been disappointed with every visit. We will not be back. read more

What a remarkable and wonderful, professional place. My husband went into the clinic in Bridgewater, MA on June 23rd for a 5 week cough. Kendra, the attending N.P. was remarkable and ordered a chest x-ray and they found a 7 cm mass, a complete shock, so much caring and Stephanie got us booked for a CT Scan on a Sunday, he unfortunately has stage 3 lung cancer and is quickly being treated by Dana Farber, but because of them they found a mass just from a chief complaint of a 3-4 week cough, healthy non-smoker man. I am a medical assistant and could not believe the precise care and compassion they showed him and myself. BEST PLACE... Cindy Bellevue Cannot thank them enough. booked an online appointment for a sinus infection test. Arrived 10 min before my appointment and checked in. Was told they would call me when they are ready for me. After waiting an hour since my appointment time, I didn't hear. I called them to ask how long of a wait it would be. They told me they've already called me twice and never got an answer. I then went inside to ask if I can be seen. Had to wait another 15 minutes. They called the wrong number. never called me. Finally got seen and they told me that they don't do sinus tests and I'm better off just leaving because the doctor will just tell you to take over the counter meds. I left and 15 minutes later I got a call from them saying they are ready for me inside and I told them, I've already been in and they insisted I never went inside. I will never go there again. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Drove my boyfriend to get his Covid swab that was scheduled for 3:00PM. We get there a few minutes early and he texts the number to confirm he's arrived to his appointment. He receives an automated text message back saying that he's checked in and will be called shortly. After an hour of waiting for a call (now 4:00PM) he decided to call them instead. No answer. He went up to the door to try and see how much longer he had to wait. The door was locked. He came back to the car and called again. A man picked up the phone, apologized and said they were "extremely backed up" and that they would get him in "soon". Around a half hour later (4:30PM) he got a call checking him into his appointment and said they would call back soon for him to be swabbed. Waited nearly another hour. 5:15PM he gets a call checking him in once again and they tell him to come inside to get his swab done. As soon as he opens the door he is bombarded with "HEY!! You can't just come in here!!!!" He says "I just got a call telling me to come inside to get my swab." She asks his name and he tells her, she giggles saying "Oh yeah, I did just call you." He was given a room and waited 10 minutes to get the swab. The nurses were amazing! After the swab he waited another 25 minutes for someone to come to the room and tell him his results and ask him further questions before he could leave. We are just now leaving this place at 6:00PM. WE GOT HERE AT 3 O'CLOCK. Absolutely ridiculous. Don't waste your time here you'd be better off driving to Rhode Island and getting home faster than you'd get a test here. DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more
