Despite days when I'm tired from work and/or feeling sore from the day before, I get a real good kick out of working out with these folks! It's only 40 minutes of 24 hours to take care of yourself. And if there's something off, they trainers are willing to make modifications to the workouts. Add in nutrition support (and the occasional challenge) and you have one of the best and most unique fitness families out there.

They also refused to grandfather me in for the first 20 days of January under the terms I paid for, which was full 24/7 access. Would have been fine if they let me finish out my billing month under the old terms, and then changed to the limited hours, but in this case they basically made me pay for a month I can no longer use

The Zumba instructor was energetic, positive and friendly. She pushed us to do our best, and kept encouraging us. You get your first group class free otherwise they are $10 each. You can purchase packages as well. When I checked in on Yelp today, the check in offer is 2 punches on your punch card. I will make this my every Saturday Zumba workout spot!

I've been seeing Joey for training for about a month now. I had a few friends that had been attending for months and had ranted and raved about the place. They invited me to check it out on numerous occasions but I opposed and made excuses: cost, no time, & I thought what I was doing (running, spin, combat classes, and soccer) was enough. Till the day came when I injured my knee. I couldn't run, I couldn't spin and I had to quit soccer. I was super sad, then lazy, and with a wedding around the corner with me as MoH I couldn't afford to sit around and do nothing. I even work at LA fitness and couldn't get motivated to do anything with fear of causing more damage to my knee. I had to do something. I met Joey and was instantly drawn in by his positive and motivating energy. One bad day later I called him up and made an appt to go in to burn off some bad energy. He worked with me and my bad knee. We talked about goals and such. He encouraged, and motivated me. I was hooked on O.P.T. We worked out a schedule and cost, smashing my excuses. That night after my first session with him, and his referral to a physical therapist, I signed up for the Pat Tillman run feeling confidant that with his help I could run pain free. Joey is so passionate about his work and his people. He puts a lot of time into his personal training sessions and is considerate of each persons need/wants/injuries. I love this place! And wow it was a good workout - and a lot of laughs!! I personally don't love jumping around a ton but several of my friends plan to go again, and we'll definitely be checking out the aerial silks classes. I think that is more my speed!

Like she taught us the moves well but didn't give us clear indicators of when exactly we were starting our little routine each time or from what portion of the routine we were starting at. Usually, I dread doing PT for an injury, but since coming to Move, I look forward to my sessions. Cryo and physical training are also offered here so there is a variety of services that anyone can make use of. Kaine, Dan and Chad have all helped train me as well as some student PTs, and they always make you feel like it's one on one, even if they are busy. You can really feel that Move is a family owned business and it feels like you're family when you're there. Overall, I have no complaints about Move. Unless you experience a serious injury or some kind of strain, you can't appreciate how amazing it is to find a PT gym that cares about and loves what they do. My body had been so achy and clearly inflamed I knew I needed SOMETHING. At the owner's recommendation I tried Cryo Therapy (for the first time) with compression sleeves to follow; I left feeling two inches taller and infinitely lighter. My sleep, strength, and inflammation have improved drastically with just the first session, and even though I don't usually do well in the cold, I cannot wait to go back. I've dealt with the "jock-types" that text and play games on their phones the entire time they're "training" you, and they talk [at you] and don't really take the time to get to know you... Lance is the real deal. He strives to help you succeed! He is not going to upsell you on supplements and BS; he is going to win you over with results. Lance helps you understand each exercise and how it helps benefit and build your physique. I went into my initial consultation with him feeling self-conscious, lost, angry and just plain worthless. Lance took the time to get to know me and that really helped me open up. If you're trying to figure out whether or no you want to take the leap and work with Lance to get in shape. Do it.
