Called to check their business hours and made a reservation for 8:30 pm. The close at 9:30 pm but said they could take their last appointments at 9:00 pm so I didn't think my 8:30 pm reservation time was too close to closing. The massage therapist kept walking in and out while I was getting undressed. Did not even knock. Super awkward. Also answered a call in the middle of my massage which I thought was unprofessional. And, to top it off, my 1 hour massage was only 48 minutes. Gave two stars because at least the place seems and smells clean, but really bad service. Won't be going back. read more

If you like hard massages, this is definitely not the place. I got 90mins massage, and I don't feel any different as I first walk in. Sophia (the host) just take the money, showed me the room but did not tell me what to do (this is not my first time getting massage, and other places gave instructions and greet the guests at least). I had to ask for the cover sheet myself. During the massage, I asked the massue (her name is Lily) to give me harder massage, but she didn't do anything different. She spent one motion on my back for 1 hour, feeling like rubbing instead of massage. It was $90 for 90 mins massage + $15 tips = $105 unworthy massage. Waste of my time and money. Went in one day with my daughter to have an hour's massage. Im into supporting local businesses but unfortunately not coming back here. I think the lady who did my massage was not really experienced in massaging it's like she was just playing or something. When the lady told me it's finished, I dresses up and upon checking my watch the massage only took 45 mins. I was about to go out the room and then she came in she asked me to sit on the stool and started massaging my back. It was a weird and not so good experience. This place gets 4 stars for the massage and 0 stars for the accommodations. Room looked haphazardly "decorated" they had a mixture of some rough PAPER and excessively used sheets. The rough paper that lined the massage bed was very harsh against my skin. The only thing that saved this place from getting 1 star is the masseuse. The massage was good! The room was too brightly lit and the "decorations" were taped to the wall with scotch tape. Highly disappointed. Went today as a walk in I was able to be seen right way I was going to get a 1 hour massage but then chose to get a 90 minute massage instead I was already charged for the 1 hour so they just needed to add on the 1/2 hour so when I went to pay the lady at the front said they would just add it on. I forgot to get a receipt so I went back a few hours later to find out they had changed me a 45 dollar tip that I did not agree to I asked the lady about it she said she will have to have her daughter fix it the following day hopefully everything works out and I'm not charged extra for something I did not agree to. They should not push tips or try to charge for them after you have left I was very clear about what I was paying for so I don't know why she thought it was ok to charge what ever she felt. read more

We have tried every therapist here. We like Cece, Kathy, and Ana. Tina was good too but she left to China. The latest addition is May and she is our least favorite, she's too gentle and light handed. She might be good for a pregnant customer though or for children. read more

I'm a local client who is alway's in need of a weekly massage. This place is my absolute favorite! I work 50-60+ hrs a week at work and it's very crucial I get the most quality massage on my off days. I've been to many massage parlors in my time to see what fit's me best and This place has to be my #1! This place is very professional and the masseuse are very kind & hard working! I've only seen Kathy or CiCi so far and they work very hard to making sure you are relaxed and they will attend to the specific pain in your body if you explain to them before they get started. I really enjoy they're foot work on the back too! If you never had someone step on your back, then you are missing out on life! They do such an amazing job with stepping on your upper and lower body. Kathy and CiCi does have different styles and techniques so I suggest you try them both. Either way they are still very good and they will fix you right! For $40 for 1 Hr is such a great deal and the quality of the massage is worth every penny. read more

The facility is clean and the rooms are private. I arrived a few minutes early for a 2 hour massage and changed by the start time. But the practitioner didn't enter the room until 15 minutes later. After a short while, she left the room without notice for 5 minutes. The first 30 minutes of the massage felt like brisk squeezing all over. I couldn't figure out how to make her understand that I wanted firmer pressure. By the end of the massage I was still as achy as before. I wasn't satisfied with the massage. I left a small tip. When the practitioner saw the tip, she asked that I add more because she gave me a two-hour massage. Surprised by her reaction, I gave her whatever cash I had in my wallet. Her friendly demeanor immediately changed. She didn't even look at me before I left. Although appreciated by staff, tips are optional for the customer. We should NEVER be pressured to leave more than we wish or are able to give. read more

Usually I ask for the biggest brute a massage facility has. First tried to message Pain Management Massage but they just sent me to the website and ignored my messages. Called this place and had an appointment in 10 min. The place is clean with easy parking. Some reviews mentioned bad smell - I did not see that. The room was simple but clean, comfortable and warm. My masseuse was a petite young lady named Mae. One of the clients mentioned her as the list favourite because she has a "light" touch. I actually asked for medium pressure and it was enough for me. My knots are gone and the leg is better. I guess the style and pressure is very personal. Considering the price, convenience and service this place is great. I will definitely come back and will ask for Mae first. First off the room was soo cold and when the lady started massaging me she had her cellphone on her and answering calls the whole time while massaging me . Talk about peace and relaxation right . And when I was done I gave her a decent tip and she wants to say that for this service it's a couple dollars more tip , and I'm like ok ? Walked in around 4PM and was able to get an hour massage ($40 + $1 card fee) with Aida. Place is clean; no fragrance on sheets.. I am use to the painful type of massages but wasn't disappointed with Aida. Aida has heavy hands and def if I asked I know she could put on the pressure. Staff was friendly. I will be back. Oh... Came here for the 1st time yesterday and I would like to start off by saying that the place seems very clean. I wasn't able to spot anything that needed cleaning. Ana and Tina, the owners, are excellent well seasoned therapists. Cathy and Vicky are younger and strong therapists as well. I have had massage from all 4 and all 4 are sooo good. I get massages frequently so I know what to expect depending on the type of place I go to. This was my second experience here. Came for a couples massage with my Husband. They advertise adjoining room for couples yet when we got there we were told that was not an option. We were the only two people there but were placed in separate rooms. My therapist seemed inexperienced as she randomly rubbed and pressed on spots. I kept asking for it to be harder but she was unable to adjust the pressure. They have bars on the ceiling for walking on your back yet this time I had to ask for it this time. I was hoping to get pressure with it but she kept slipping off. She also stood and put pressure directly on my spine and shoulder blades which was painful. I had to tell her to stop. I ended up cutting my massage short at 45 minutes. I payed for what I had received and sat in the car while my Husband finished his 1.5 hour massage. There was no offer to finish with another therapist, no apology, NOTHING.
