They used to be my go to for pedicures but today sucked bad! The lady doing my toes did not even try to scrub the dead skin off. And as you can see in the picture, my polish is lumpy and toenail is so long because she never took all the acrylic off from my last set. I got the signature pedicure, which is $80 plus a additional $15 for gel. When I was being rang up, she told the guy to charge me $75... Last straw; When you pay cash they Stamp your loyalty card and I had 3 stamps until I got the $12 off I put my card down he asked if I was paying in cash I said yes, I gave him the cash and waited for him to stamp my card, but he never did and assured that he had already stamped it which was a complete lie. Was gifted a mani and pedi by my husband for Mother's Day. Just Shy of $200, no nothing cheap here. From the get go my daughter and I noticed that other people were drinking juice and tea, we were not offered anything to drink. Yet the people coming after us were all offered pea juice or tea or water. The person who did my daughter mani was sweet. Even did a little extra. My mani is blotchy and uneven. The shape of my nails are not the same across my hand. Was I his first??? I thought of speaking up but each time I mentioned anything small it turned into something big with the back and forth and bringing in others to translate because his English was not proficient and my Vietnamese is non-existent. The pedicure was amazing and came out stunning that technician was very kind and amazing. But the tech that did my full set I felt was rushed and my nails came out messy. I got my nails done here yesterday (12/23) and they are atrocious. $85 for a set of acrylic and some of the nails are different lengths. one of them is crooked. the design isn't what I asked for. and the design that was done was done very poorly. spending $85 on nails is way too expensive to waste on scammers like these who will do a mediocre job at best. I literally had to remind my artist to do one of nails or she would have forgotten. she also called her boyfriend and started actively arguing with him in the middle of my service. no base coat. no cuticle oil. barely prepped my nails. Today was my first visit to Valley Nails & Spa and I had a wonderful experience! I originally went in to get a fill but decided to remove the old set and get a brand new one. May did a beautiful job on my new set and was extremely gentle when taking off the old set. That usually hurts really bad on at least a nail or two, specifically the pinkies. May was so good, it didn't hurt whatsoever. She even asked if I was hurting. She was so patient with my constant changing ideas. Her work is beautiful and she works very quickly, which adds to 5 stars. And my nails glow in the dark! Unfortunately, I can't capture that in a picture. The salon itself is very clean and nice. I had no idea how big it is and how many stations they have. The price is very reasonable. If I could, I would give 10 stars. I can't wait to go back for another fill, I already have ideas for my next fill. I will always request May. She's super friendly and as mentioned, she does great work! I've been coming here off and on for the past few years. I've been doing dip manicures the last few times, and I like the way they look and it also last for weeks without chipping. I brought my son here for a manicure as well (yes, boys need some self-care time too!) and he's very happy with his nails. The pedicures here are usually good (foot massages are great), however I typically request regular polish and I feel like the polish could be better. It is usually missing in certain spots or uneven. Usually not one to leave bad reviews but I would beware. I have been getting acrylics since I was a young teen & never in my entire life have my finger tips been RAW after removing a set. I had to get professional help taking them off bc I was in tears feeling immobile bc of them. They also burned upon application and that should have been my first red flag. Felt like my nails would come off before these things would break & idk personally I'd rather a broken nail over raw fingertips. Just sharing my experience especially for the price. read more

I love them. Only have had one issue and Mae, the owner/manager, rectified it perfectly! They pay attention to detail, always busy, good to call for an appointment like 3 days ahead at least. They set up a new sanitizing station which is awesome to see and great for business. Lan is the best! She takes her time, knows exactly what she's doing and super detailed. When I can't get her, I choose Jessica who is also amazing. She's super sweet, makes great color recommendations and is also super detailed. I have never had any issues with them! I almost fell ASLEEP! That's a MAJORLY good sign! I had my nails done in February at a different location, traveled out of town etc. Between taking my son to karate classes (2 days a week) , tee-ball practice ( 1 day a week) and my daughter's track practice (3 days a week) and games (on Saturday) I hadn't found the time to have my nails refilled or soaked off. I tried to cut as many down as possible to avoid breakage but yesterday I was truly over it. I called a nail salon, who shall remained nameless, and requested a soak off only. I was met with an attitudinal receptionist who simply stated "We are busy ." I was tempted to leave a review on how poorly I was spoken to and how frustrated I was, instead I began to read other reviews on yelp of that particular location. I noticed several ppl felt similar to me so I counted it as a loss and began looking elsewhere to have my nails removed. I came across Valley Nails and Spa. After reading reviews and looking through photos, I decided to give them a call. I was met with a pleasant reception who shared with me that they were busy but could fit me in at 4:30. Upon my arrival, I was able to find parking immediately in front of the establishment. I arrived on time and was greeted quickly and instructed to wash my hands. One of the first things I noticed was how the staff were wearing masks while it was optional for customers ( I love the freedom of choice". After washing my hands I sat down in the waiting area but was sat at a station in right away. There is nothing like having an appointment, arriving on time and being worked on immediately. I can't tell you how many times I've frequented other locations that do not prioritize appointments. I was extremely impressed with how quickly I was serviced. Upon my arrival I took note of how clean in appearance the establishment was although they were noticeably busy. I also noted the calming music, and noise level was relatively low. My nail tech was friendly, she did not force conversation and allowed me to be in silence. She was gentle as the whole process took about 40 minutes or so. She was so gentle and I was so relaxed due to the atmosphere I almost fell asleep! Nail salons tend to be busy, noisy and overwhelmingly loud. Unlike other nails salons this one had the perfect atmosphere for a mother seeking solace while maintaining herself. As I was being serviced, another employee began sweeping, they mopped and sat out a fan to assist with the drying. No wonder it appeared so clean upon my arrival. This was the first time I've seen someone maintenance a nail salon without disruption in my presence. If you are looking for a clean, friendly staffed establishment that offers nails services as well as spa treatments I would suggest giving this place a try. Although I only had a soak off, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and will be back to try another service in the future. read more

I am so disappointed with this place. I don't understand why it's so hard to find a nail shop that will take care of their clients consistently. It almost seems like the go above and beyond the first couple of times just to have you keep coming back. Once they are comfortable , they just don't care give good service anymore. Andy has been doing my nails for almost a year now. he's good, that's why I would commute 35 minutes just for him to do my nails. The last couple of times he has done a HORRIBLE job. I got a full set and within a week and a half they started to lift. Now before you anything else, I've been getting my nails done the same way for the last 10+ years. Many many full sets and only a few times this has happened to me. He made me wait 30 mins after my appt time. Then finished my full set less than 30 mins. (Not a good thing) He did them so fast and now I know why they lifted so quick. I came back on the 3rd week after my new set and told him what happened. He didn't say 2 words to me. I told him that one of my nails were completely crooked and he just ignored me. So I waited (trust the process I guess) he filled them. Filed them. And painted them without saying one word to me. I even showed him a couple of times that my index finger is not straight. Nothing. When he was done I showed him that ALL 5 fingers are different lengths and sizes. HE SAID NOTHING to me! SO SO DISAPPOINTING. It gets worse. When I went to pay I refused to pay for my nails and I explained in detail why I wouldn't. I just wanted him to fix the nails and he wouldn't. He blamed whoever that did my nails last time. HE did my nails last time. He told me not to come back. So so horrible service from Andy. I really enjoyed his work in the beginning. I have referred a lot of people to this shop. And I completely regret it. I will make sure to tell them it's not worth trying them out. read more

Super late review but I just had to come and write one anyways because I was SOOO happy with how my nails looked and how they made me feel. I got my nails done back in April by the guy in the nail shop, I believe that his name is Andy. He did such an amazing job and I cannot wait to come back. This shop is a bit pricey though, my nails cost a total of $130 plus I tipped him, so it was more than that. I wanted some nails that would make me excited for the spring time and was debating between either the color pink or yellow and decided on yellow. I showed Andy a picture of two nail designs because I could not decide whether I wanted butterflies or flowers, so I went with both.... He did so amazing and I got so many compliments on my nails. These are some of the best nails I have ever gotten. Will definitely be back again sometime in the future. Thank you Valley Nails for making my nails/hands look so beautiful!! Nail design: 5/5 stars Customer service: 5/5 Made the appointment through text message and it was pretty efficient. My nail tech: 5/5 because Andy did such a great job with these nails. Came in for a pedicure. I got set down and was already rushed to pick what kind of pedicure I wanted, by the way the prices on the menu are not final is $15 more for any gel color. I ended up choosing the Deluxe ($45+$15=$60). I've been here before with a different technician who unfortunately is no longer there thought I can give someone else a try. (Instantly regretful). I had to asked to get my nails cut on the side and asked again if I can get my extra skin cut and no response. Massage was super rushed and kinda hurt how hard and fast she was massaging me. Once we got to the gel color my nail kept flooding with gel which was not removed or fixed. Once she was done there was no cuticle oil she just sprayed me with alcohol. Moral of my post is that I don't mind paying $60+ for a well done job but when I had a long week of work and I choose this place to relax and get a rush job doesn't make you want to come back.
