They've always been able to accommodate last-minute appointments, which I really appreciate, and the space is calm, spacious, and beautifully set up with lots of treatment rooms. There's heated blankets on the beds to warm you up during the colder months. I will say I wish there were softer towels on the place where your face goes because the paper towels tend to irritate my skin towards the end. First off the masseuse Cici was great she really knew what she was doing and when I was having some pain she stoped and help work out the knot. I recently did a hair spa which was absolutely really bad that I expected and what I pay for. The elderly women, she don't know how to give me head spa or there is none zero technique how to make it relax. I have to remind me do this and that. She don't know how to put face mask on me. CONNIE IS TERRIBLE. Don't get me wrong, I've had a good experience here once before. But today was TERRIBLE. For starters, she had absolutely no technique, she was just doing random stuff the entire time, she was coughing the entire time and wouldn't stop asking me if I was okay when I had asked the second time to maintain silence and that I'll inform her if I'm in any discomfort, the massage wasn't an hour, I understand you should expect about a 5 minute take off when grabbing hot stones and towels, but she was outside of the room for about ten minutes and I could hear her talking. THE WORST PART IS she used her elbow the entire time and barely her hands and I left and woke up with intense back pain. I didn't go in for a deep tissue, I went in for a Swedish. I had never had a massage before, and I went to Bay Beauty spa to receive my first ever massage I booked a Swedish massage and it was nice, the only reason why I wouldn't rate it a 5 stars is because the massage lady didn't ask me for the pressure and initially when they have you fill out the form I put on their light pressure but in the middle of my massage, the pressure started intensifying and and it began hurting just a tad bit and I had to keep telling the massage lady to lighten the pressure but besides that it was good. read more
