They have a few customer service issues to sort out. I went in one day and signed the sheet because they were busy. They never called. Assumed it was just a one time thing. I walked in another time and was greeted immediately. Got a nice massage. People swapped midway through which was no issue because the quality of it was still good, but I was the only person there, so I guess there was a pressing matter for the initial person to take care of. I attempted to go today. Both people were busy, so I signed the sheet like last time. I waited, patiently, in the seating area right outside. They didn't call when they were open, and a then walk-in was accepted immediately. No call for me. I guess I'll have to go elsewhere which is no issue. This place was just convenient. It's right next to the mall's play area, and you can hear that excitement a little during the massage, which was reasonable especially since the prices here are so low, but I'll take it as a sign and go elsewhere. This place is awesome. I have been visiting since it opened and it really helps me mentally & physically. You can get a 30 minute massage for $30.00 which is a bargain. All of the employees are good but some are definitely better then others. You can get a Swedish massage , in the back of the space hidden from the general mall.I highly recommend the Swedish as it is fantastic. I love that you can get a quick massage for as little as 20 minutes if you are in a hurry. Weeknights are usually not crowded but weekends could be a challenge. read more

The manager seemed not to care and the only time the english was clear was when she told me the bill. I have had issues with my feet since I stand all day at work. After a foot soak and a 20 minute foot massage my discomfort went a way and hasn't bothered me in a few weeks. You can just walk in and there is no appointment. The only downside is that you get all the noise from the mall while trying to relax. Kids screaming and people talking, among other things. I had a 90 minute Swedish Massage today from Peter at Health Power. Peter provided a thorough and professional massage. He checked in with me frequently regarding pressure. I like heavy pressure, which he had no problem providing. Will definitely be back. Next time I'll opt for the 120 minute Swedish Massage. Terrible massage, great loan shark. I felt like I was being pressured to pay back money I lost on a Eagles game. I've had plenty of firm massages, why the heck was he pushing on my back as to suffocate me? An hour massage, and its over the clothes? Two words- friction burn. And the bounce like stretching to my legs? I was just waiting for something to tear. Not sure where this guy was trained, but its somewhere modern massage teaching has not been found. This was my first time and I had a very negative experience financially at this massage place today. The woman does not speak english. I pointed to the $32 price at least twice. When the massage was finished she said $42. I told her I meant the $32 massage. She pointed to the sign that said Tips are appreciated. I reluctantly gave her a $2 tip because I had already paid $10 more than I had planned to. She looked at the tip disqustungly and started mumbling to the two other massage men about the tip. so after reading reviews and going to the mall i finally broke down and went in. i want to say thank god i did. This place is wonderful! :) truly a jem, don't let the outside fool you everyone is a professional and i give this an A++++ if i could. I couldn't lay down on my stomach or back so i requested the chair and the gentleman said no problem i got 2 minutes for FREE. i will be coming back because my back doesn't hurt, i don't have aches and pains and i sleep a lot better. If you get those giant knots in your back/shoulders from working at a computer all day...you don't need the really nice spa touch...you need these folks. 30-45 minutes and it's insane what they can do to make you feel better! I am always a little sore the next day and try to drink plenty of water to help with that. I think that I can probably go there every couple of weeks and then hit up a nice spa every few months on the side for that spa experience. read more
