I'd already lost confidence in my recovery, and I didn't believe much could change. But Dr. Oliveros did what no one else did--she listened, she understood my frustration, and she actually treated the root of my injury. I had seen several physical therapist for my ankle and still had pain before coming to sunrise PT. After 3 weeks at 2x a week I was seeing major differences and was able to walk normal without a limp. Now the team has me running and doing suicide drills. I highly recommend that you try this place. It's always a fun time here lots of laughs but the team is always serious and listens to your pains and where you are hurting, then adjusts the program to strengthen the problem area. The friendly reminders from the receptionist are also amazing. She personally calls you the day before your appointment or on Friday if your appointment is on Monday. She is always friendly and cheerful. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

But it is something to think about. The waiting room seems to get overcrowded a lot. I think it is not streamlined enough. The hand therapy is at some tables. I also used a bench/table for core work and a strap setup to do, very low end for me, cross fit type exercises. There is a large room with stationary bikes, treadmills, weights, etc. I received some personal advice from Nicola, that was very helpful. And continues to be so. I am very glad I went here. A little cramped in certain areas, but was a good spot for me.
