I had a problem with my CPAP, and everyone at this location was very understanding, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to address my issue. The entire staff is professional, compassionate, and dedicated to helping their patients. While my CPAP was being diagnosed for problems, they provided me with a free loaner CPAP so my sleep would not be affected. When the repair company was unable to fix my original device, they replaced it at no cost to me. I am very grateful to the staff at this location. Sherman, Texas Location: Healthline Medical / AdaptHealth and RoyalStar LLC, are frauds! Back Story: I signed up and began using their services in March 2024. Our agreement and written contract stated they will debit my bank account twice a month, once for the CPAP machine rental (approx $150) and once for CPAP machine supplies (approx $39). In July 2024, they debited my account for the monthly CPAP machine and supplies amount and an additional amount of $167. When I called and emailed them no one could tell me why. I was never given a reason and never refunded my money. Then, in November 2024, they withheld $49 on Nov. 15th, $39 on Nov. 23rd, $156 on Nov. 25th, $39 again on Nov. 25th, and $39 a fourth time on Nov. 30th. Then December 2024 comes and they withheld $70 on Dec. 9th, $49 on Dec. 13th. Neither one of these payment amounts were in my written contract so I filed a written complaint to the Texas Health and Human Services, as well as the company directly. Texas HHS Department has requested additional information which I will be forwarding this week, and I received no response from the company directly. No surprise there!!! I eventually had to report a fraud claim to my bank who stopped any future payments and flagged Healthine / Adapthealth RoyalStar LLC as fraudulent business practices. I am currently in the middle of filing a fraudulent claim letter to my insurance provider BCBS advising of Healthline / Adapthealth's breach of contract agreement and they may want to terminate any future contracts with them. I've done business with Healthline in Sherman Texas for years but it seems that lying and dishonesty to grab a few extra dollars is their moto now. I purchased a new CPAP and paid my co-pay and was told the unit was mine in full. However, for months I received a $15 bill that my wife paid because she thought I wasn't through paying for it. Come to find out they were charging me for modem usage even thought the prescribing doctor never ask for or needed it. Dishonesty has directed me to get my supplies elsewhere!! read more

I've had 3 sleep studies done and didn't need a c-pap until this last time. The 3rd times a charm they say which holds true for me since the 3 rd time led me to Healthline and Mitzy in Sherman. She was so efficient and helpful and what a hoot! She made doing this so much better and easier!!! read more

Nice people but since they were bought by Adapt and then there was Covid, there's hardly anything they can do in the office. All CPAP orders and supplies have to be done totally by phone now and when there are fitting issues, you're out of luck. read more

This was new territory for me in that I needed a CPAP. The Healthline representative was very knowledgeable and could answer every question I had. She did a thorough evaluation of the type of machine that I would need. After I chose the type of mask, she showed me how to wear, adjust it, and clean it. Just received my much anticipated, and need CPAP from Helathline Sherman, Texas! The process was so easy. The company had made the necessary contacts with Medicare/Insurance. I was taken to a private room and received hands on instructions concerning all aspects of the CPAP machine by Mel and Karie. Kukdos to them both for their patience and ability to comminute their knowledge in a personal manner.
