Sometimes on the phone they seem to be rushing, but when you are in front of them, they take such good care. Dr. Huang is absolutely worth the 30 minute drive from my home. He is focused, answers questions and concerns with compassion and clarity, and asks good follow up questions so you don't leave feeling like you have missed something. It's awesome. Bob, hands down, is a treasure. Every single time I have needed an immunization, flu shot, or blood drawn, this man has been positive, caring, and gentle. He practices painless precision and as someone who would rather eat glass than get a needle in my arm, I can say he has never been impatient or whoopsied and caused pain. He just gets in. Plus, with his beard, he looks a little like Santa. It is a wonderful practice with good people. If you are looking for a PCP, I cannot recommend them higher.

I was recommended to Dr. Metz's office for consultation and allergy testing, I was quickly scheduled. I was immediately greeted when I walked into the office by the receptionist and she efficiently double checked my information and I only had to update one form for them (excellent!). I was called back within 5 minutes, basically enough time to fill out the form - seriously :-) !! My nurse was super nice and explained everything that was going to take place for my appointment. Dr. Metz came in and spent a significant amount of time with me going over my history and finding out what kind of problems I was having. She then explained what the allergy testing would consist of. My nurse came back in, and again took the time to explain the testing and asked if I had any questions before we began. The actual testing was quick and painless, there are no needles involved - it's just a skin scratch now - bonus- I suppose! After all that, Dr. Metz came back in and again, spent another significant amount of time with me going over the results and a plan of action. I never once felt rushed or that they did not have time for me. It really feels like they cater to their patients. I am so happy, I definitely recommend Dr. Metz and her staff if you are having any kind of allergy, sinus or asthma problems! They so totally rock!

I was so impressed with how caring, patient, and informative they were. They gave me precise guidelines of how to best care for him, as well as warning signs of things to look out for. They also gave me specific instructions of when to call them back if he got worse. As a fairly new mom, this made me feel so much better navigating my son being sick. I also see a doctor as my primary care physician. I have received great care all around.

I had to come here on numerous occasions for blood work on the sixth floor in 2018 and again recently. The parking is free and I never have to drive around and around to find a spot. My only petty complaint is walking in the cold from my car to the elevator lobby. The associates are friendly and professional. After checking in I only have to wait 5 minutes or less to get the blood work done. It has only taken one try to get the blood sample and the technique has been as quick and painless as can be expected. The results are are usually available in 2 days and can be viewed on my online account. Just off of the lobby is a pharmacy that can be used to pick up your medications making it a one stop visit for you. I go to my own outside pharmacy and have not tried the one here. This is also where the endocrinologist doctor's office is l go to is located. Sometimes the front office staff and or nurses are having bad days, but my Dr, Kay Johnson is always consistent with me. She listens and never has one foot out the door. On occasion I have been a little concerned with the lack of a thorough exam (such as listening to my heart) but overall i've received excellent care whether sick or routine visit. The building itself includes a lab, orthopedist and some other specialists so it is essentially a one stop shop. It is always clean and well organized. There is a large parking lot, but getting in and out can be a little tough on busy Montgomery Rd. Added bonus, they now have a nice online portal where you can communicate, have virtual visits, and view bloodwork or invoices.

This doctor refused to treat my child, claimed I was being dramatic. Told me to give my kid a popsicle. Then threatened to call security when I asked for tests to be run. Just for me to take my child elsewhere one hour later and have an ambulance transport my baby whose oxygen levels dropped to 74 and continued dropping and he had 104 fever. He was diagnosed with pneumonia, RSV and bronchitis. A 3 year old. And now the hospital will not provide me paperwork or update his chart so I can report that doctor. CASES LIKE THESE KILL PEOPLE.

I like that's it's close to work and home, my doctor is great, and the lab on-site makes it easy to get an annual physical with blood work done in one visit. My insurance requires some weird paperwork and this office has been really accommodating to get me the documentation I need. And I've always been able to get in for an emergency appointment when needed. The biggest downside during normal times: While they will take you back to get weighed and put you in an exam room really fast, I always end up waiting a long time in the exam room. There are more cons now during COVID, most notable being that the lab is not open. When I went for my annual physical three different people tried to take my blood and couldn't get a vein. I had to go to a separate, much busier Mercy facility the following day which was absolutely not my first choice in the middle of a pandemic. I really don't get the logic here--why close the lab? You're making patients expose themselves more by not having this service on site anymore. Also, the woman who checked me in was not wearing a mask. She was behind plexiglass, but there are holes in it for paperwork and the temperature check, and also, just, really? Not something I anticipated facing walking into a healthcare facility.
