As my good friend Admiral Akbar always says... "ITS A TRAP!" Hours on the sign say open until 7, but don't let that silly black and white writing fool you... they "stop taking patients at 6:30pm" on the DOT. I walked into a completely empty office at 6:40 to find 3 scrub wearing women who had clearly already refilled the cotton swabs for the night and were only interested in heading home to their easy chair and Jeopardy reruns. They definitely were not interested in checking my 7 year olds ear for an infection, despite there not being another soul in sight. So on we went to find an Urgent Care that... ya know... cares. read more

They seem to work fast and efficiently. Unless they are super busy, you can get in and out in about an hour or so. My only issue (and that minor) is that they close early on Saturday. Otherwise it is a great place to go if you are sick and your doctor is closed. read more

Went to the Fort Wright Urgent Care about a year ago for an ear infection that was recurring. They were the first ones to get the diagnosis right and actually prescribe something that helped me. After 2 years of fluid on my ears I am feeling much better! read more

Been here twice with different family members nice clean facility with courteous staff. Walk in service has limited wait. Felt treated well with professional attention to the issues we came in for. They have COVID testing and xray available. Thank you for caring for my family members with genuine concern and for treating them like individuals. Masks still required. read more

Amazing! First their hours are incredible. Easy to find and the staff is friendly and thorough even when it's crazy in the waiting room. Brought my 7 year old daughter in for her ears and Dr. Hollis was on duty and his bedside manner was amazing. He is seriously better and more engaging than a majority of the pediatricians we've seen! I am just visiting though - otherwise, I would consider taking my children here for all issues. I can't say enough about how QUICK we were enrolled and registered through the front desk. Then brought back - the nurse taking my daughters blood pressure was so sweet. For some reason my daughter hates that part - the squeeze makes her nervous. But when we were leaving she said - mom, my favorite part was the arm bad squeeze thing this time because she made it so fun. Seriously - the staff was so great - especially with my daughter and I cannot stress how amazing pediatric skills are!!! read more

Went in with an injured Ankle before 6:30, there was no patients in the Building. Was turned away with a claim that they no longer do imaging and couldn't do anything for my Ankle. I suspect this was so they could go home early. read more

Do not go to Christ Hospital Urgent Care Red Bank Expressway.. Saturday afternoon you will have long wait times and a doctor that does not follow the standard of medical care. I was tested postive for Covid-19 and the doctor refused to prescribe Paxlovid whic is the standard of care for Covid. I was discharged with Covid and no medication or treatment. Of course I did receive a bill for treatment I did not receive. read more

I went here when i had scabies. first off, the front desk people are EXTREMELY rude. one of them is very passive aggressive. and also i waited almost 2 hours to be seen. i literally watched the front desk person turn someone away because they were "too full" i will never be coming back read more

My MIL was very ill. Arrived at Ft Wright Location at 10:45, signed in. At 11:45, a patient that came 15 minutes after us was called back. When I inquired, was told I didn't sign in until 11:10 and there were still 3 people ahead of us. There were not 3 people waiting! I referred to the sign that said people will be taken in order of arrival and they said because we were not put into the system until 11:10, we had to be seen at that time. Somehow we arrived before everyone else and because our 'slip' was misplaced we had to wait until everyone else was seen. The slip has our arrival time listed! Very unprofessional and very unexpected from a Christ Hospital location. Very dissatisfied! I'm giving 2 starts in hopes that when we see the doctor they actually help! read more

I walked in at 6:43pm and they said their last patient is seen at 6:30pm. It says it on the door but not on the web (where I looked). The doors were open and 3 people (very unhappy bunch) sitting there staring at me. I told them I took my temperature at 6:30 and since I now have a fever thought it was important to come in. one offered to asked the doctor If they would see me- yes they were still there- but refused to see me. Thanks Christ Hospital Urgent Care, your offer to come in tomorrow is not up to my level of customer care. Been a loyal customer for 36 years. read more

I suspected I had pneumonia and debated on going to the Kroger Little Clinic or the Ft Wright Urgent Care. I am so pleased I went with Urgent Care!!! I was there on a Sunday morning at 9:45am and had next to no wait time. The nurses were great, there was a tech available to take my x-rays, and the doctor arrived just after that. She was very easy to talk to and genuinely seemed to care. The radiologist confirmed it was pneumonia and they were able to give me a nebulizer (breathing) treatment immediately. The doctor ordered me a few different prescriptions and really took good care of me. I was in and in just over an hour. I will definitely come back if the need arises! read more

Went there on a Friday after work and was diagnosed with strep throat. Received bill in mail charging me $245.00 for penicillin injection, plus another $80.00 to give the injection! Outrageous! Researched costs of a single dose of penicillin and the cost is under $20.00. Will never use this facility again. read more

So glad the Kroger clinic was overbooked with online scheduled appointments and turned me away. I went down the road to Urgent Care and was evaluated by Dr. Hollis. Great bedside manner! I wish he was a doctor at my primary care office because I would see him routinely. He really was personable, listened to me completely, and was very thorough in his treatment. He clearly has experience, knowledge and a personality for working with patients. I will definitely choose this over the Kroger clinic going forward. I arrived early in the morning so the wait was not too long. A large crowd of 6+ people did arrive in a short period I was waiting to be called back, and more were in the lobby as I was leaving, so I would go in early if you can. I only had to pay my insurance copay and the cost of prescriptions that were filled immediately at the Kroger down the road. read more

I went to Christ Urgent Care in FT Wright,Ky ,with a severe ear ache. I saw DR Jennifer Mclellan. She quickly diagnosed my swimmers ear. She painlessly removed ear wax and flushed it out. Wrote me several prescriptions. Very pleasant and good at her job. They only charge a regular co-pay. read more
