My most recent visit, Colleen, worked on me with a therapy called Biomagnetism. I had a gripping pain in my stomach for 8 years, and my Dr sent me for ultrasounds, xrays, CT scans, and wrote prescriptions. Then, I was referred to a specialist for gastrointestinal problems, and no one could determine the cause of my constant pain. In ONE visit , just one! with Colleen using biomagnets on me, my pain was gone! and It has never come back! I've not taken one prescription pill for stomach issues since that day. Upon arrival, staff claimed the certificate was "too old," blamed system changes, questioned me about my daughter who gifted it, and delayed my scheduled service. After the service, the gift certificate was refused, referred to as a "coupon," and discussed loudly in front of other customers. Instead, we were offered only a 20% discount as a substitute, forcing us to pay again for a service that had already been paid for. I was a long-time customer but will not return due to the lack of professionalism and failure to honor their stated policy.
