I really like this place and they always have availability when I call. I don't have a specific masseuse that I request but everyone I have had always does an exceptional job and I leave super relaxed and with less pain. My go to is Swedish massage and sometimes I'll get it with a mix of hot stones. But they also offer deep tissue, Thai massage and combination. The place is clean, staff is friendly and prices are great. Parking is easy, I typically find myself parking on the side street or right in front. Sometimes the tranquil music goes off and it's a bit awkward lol but nothing major. They usually go and press play and it's back to business. read more

I booked a couples massage, and unfortunately, the experience didn't meet my expectations. As a former massage therapist, I understand the importance of keeping both massages synchronized, maintaining a consistent flow, and providing a full-body treatment without unnecessary interruptions. Throughout the session, both therapists left the room multiple times, which made the massage feel shorter than the time we paid for. Each time they returned, their hands were cold, making it difficult to fully relax. My therapist also never checked in about the pressure. I had to ask for deeper pressure myself, but even then, it wasn't strong enough to effectively work the muscles. The massage didn't feel balanced or like every muscle group received equal attention. Instead, it felt rushed and inconsistent. The only positive was that it was a good value through the group deal. However, I left feeling like the therapists lacked experience and that the quality of the massage didn't match what I would expect from a professional massage service. I hope the spa invests more in therapist training and consistency because the overall experience had the potential to be much better. I still tipped them both above average which is 15 each however a really good massage you're suppose to tip 20 and above. read more

We set our appointment for a sunday morning and they were very accommodating with time and working around our schedule! Our first time trying this location we found via Groupon for a couples massage. We absolutely love it! It's right along the main street so parking on the street was easy. Inside felt so serene with low lights, soft music and a small water fountain. The room for the actual massages was nicely set up with such comfortable beds. Pam and Soda did an amazing job. They were so thorough and took their time for our massages. Their massages were the best we've ever had. We enjoyed the scrubs and hot stones; we highly recommend adding those to your service. I don't usually leave reviews, but this place absolutely earned this one--and not in a good way. This was hands down one of the worst experiences of our lives, and that's not an exaggeration. My girlfriend and I came in expecting a relaxing, professional massage. What we got instead was a complete disaster on both ends of the spectrum. Her massage was straight up painful from beginning to end. She said "ouch" multiple times and had to repeatedly ask the masseuse to ease up, but it was either ignored or just didn't matter. There was no care, no awareness, no professionalism--just excessive force the entire time. The hot stones were unbearably hot, to the point where she had to speak up, which should never even be necessary at a place that claims to be professional. It only got worse. When my girlfriend was told to turn over, the masseuse noticed she was looking around and covered her face with a dirty towel. Not fresh, not clean--a dirty towel. That alone is beyond unacceptable and completely unhygienic. Then she proceeded to rub her face aggressively with zero care or technique. On top of that, she was using her knees and elbows, digging into her back like she was working on an object instead of a human being. It was rough, careless, and honestly felt borderline abusive. Meanwhile, my experience was the complete opposite--and just as bad in a different way. My masseuse applied little to no pressure at all. It didn't feel like a massage, it felt like someone was lazily rubbing lotion on me with no skill, no effort, and no intention of actually doing the job. The hot stones? Not even hot. Barely warm, completely pointless. So between the two of us, we paid for one painful, aggressive experience and one lazy, useless one. No consistency, no quality, no professionalism--just a complete waste of time and money. And to top it all off, we both walked out with our backs and necks aching and bruised. Let that sink in. We came in expecting relief and left in worse condition than when we arrived. This place is unprofessional, careless, unhygienic, and clearly lacks any standard of quality or customer care. The staff member then walked me to the front desk and showed me a flyer with their "tipping guidelines," saying I was $10 short. I explained that $30 was all the cash I had. She told me that couples should tip $40 and gave me the flyer to take home so I'd know how much to tip if I return. Just be aware--if you go as a couple, expect to be told to tip $40. read more

I'd love another hot stone massage, but I didn't have the time today, so just got a basic massage. The place is very well maintained and highly professional and has a peacefulness to it from the time you walk in. I couldn't make out my masseuse's name, but she definitely knew her craft, and where all the pressure points are located because she would poke one area and I'd feel it in another, but by the time I left my neck and shoulders were more relaxed than they've been in awhile. Instead, I was met with a very rude front desk lady who hung up on us multiple times when we are apologizing and attempting to reschedule. Seeing the owner's response below, it shows that the terrible customer service starts from the owner. They did not care to hear us out. I understand that a client canceling can be frustrating but it does not give the business the right to be disrespectful towards a paying customer when we are not being disrespectful towards them. First of all, why would you complain that the entire experience was terrible by judging the person on the phone? I've used Groupon numerous times and have always been greeted with a friendly and accommodating experience. Today I called at 0900 and my son and I used Groupon coupons and they were able to take us at 11:00. The phone experience was top notch and our friendly and courteous therapists were ready and happy to assist us. We were both amazed at the quality of the massages and the genuine caring and that they were making our experience the best it could be. We each said to one another, "that was one of the best massages I've had in years!" So, save your time reading negative reviews from someone that has not even stepped foot in the door. Really hate that a decent massage gets ruined by a forceful tip. It is not fair to force someone to pay a $20 tip each. We tip what we can, the service is paid for and it's just WRONG to make people feel uncomfortable and demand more money. Be more courteous. Prices for services continue to go up and although you look for better prices (Groupon), service quality diminishes and people become more demanding for unearned tips. You did your job and nothing more, literally nothing more, so be human to colleagues, mothers, daughters... I can do a mean massage and always cater to my family, decided to do something more "special" for my mothers birthday (since I don't have a massage room), she was shocked she got same massage she does with me and still had to pay so much to a stranger and witnessed them ask for more money.
