I found nails in my driveway, broken…read moreornaments in my flower bed, cracked fascia, broken soffit retainers, shingles that look like they should have been thrown away instead of installed, loose nail under shingle, nails pounded too far in the ridge vent I don't need. I have spray foam rafters, solid soffits and they added ridge vents without asking me. Without an air channel to vent the heat & humidity it is not a vent, it is a hole in the roof. There is spray foam blowing in the vent like popcorn so it is not sealed as stated in message (see pic). When I asked the vents be remove and the roof be returned to it's original design, I got the run around for a month then was asked to pay more money for their mistake. They have said they offered to fix it. Their "offer to fix it" is in the pics and they wanted 300 bucks to fix their mistake and not ever show up when they said. I am not angry, just done with the B.S. Danny Grassi called me at home tonight and told me there was nothing wrong with any of the work they did. Danny has never set foot on my roof and is telling me that I am lying about its condition. Also, no offer to pay for any of the damaged property. I guess that was my fault?

Said he would and gave me excuses as he had to repair his home as he was being fined each day for violations. I have this info in texts.. Job cost $40,000 for main home and Pool house roof and repair lattice on roof. *********** Landmark Pro - 90 pound shingles - 50 year warranty Owner Agreed to being so careful and *** best out there. I also doubt it will meet standards for *********** Warranty program 1. Owner was to be here for *** entire job. Reason he delayed *** job as he was on vacation. 2. Sent Hispanic speaking crew with no one here to speak English 3. Major - HUMP on back of left side of home. What they covered over is a mystery but visible to *** naked eye. 4. Damaged several bushes around *** home especially *** front of *** property. 5. Crew carelessly throwing shingles wildly all over *** place without protecting landscape lighting and bushes and newly painted home. ***** Most copper gutters are away from *** home (an eyesore) and a few are severely dented and should be replaced. 6. According to *** contract owner was to provide 14" copper valley metal on all valleys. Did not! Used old copper instead of replacing with new I paid for. 7. ****Crew was putting down *** water shield leak barrier over existing tar paper on entire right side of *** home - my thought... (reason paid crew $7500 for entire job and they were cutting corners every chance they could get as no one was watching. Warranty on this roof if needed would be voided by this procedure. I Had them scrape *** right side of *** home. *** EXISTING tar paper had to be removed along with *** water ice barrier shield. Other areas of *** roof was not done correctly as I would tell them *** water ice shield should go to *** corner but he tore it and put *** shingles on top. I question what other corners were missed? *** HUMP ON *** BACK OF *** HOME IS DISCONCERTING? 8. Contractor delivering *** shingles made oil spill in concrete/brick area and left major tire tracks. 9. LED Landscape lighting is still being repaired (5 lights were cut and repaired to date but still not working. 10. Pool House has stood *** test of 17 years and and was sloppily put back and does not look neat as it once did. As they were leaving I asked what I should do if the roof leaked. "Just call us we'll be right out". That was last September. Well I noticed a leak in the same area & called before Thanksgiving. Knowing there was no rain predicted, I told them not to worry about coming out until after the holiday weekend. Little did I know that after multiple phone calls & 2 days waiting for them to show up for 2 scheduled appointments that I would have to hire another company to come and fix a leak I had already paid Expert Roofing to do. I highly recommend avoiding this company. They do not stand behind their word.

We hired Gutter Solutions LLC to install 7" gutters with 4.5" downspouts to resolve a horrendous…read morerunoff from our metal roof of 60 squares. We took estimates from three companies. Gutter Solutions LLC was not our least expensive choice. But our selection of them was based on several premises: 1) Sean (the son of the owner of this company) listened patiently and worked with us on the pros and cons of design ideas. Afterward, he laid out a design, ordered the materials and scheduled the work, as expected. 2) The company uses a specific team with equipment to install 7" gutters. This team is booked solid. Sean arranged for them to show up on a Saturday to get the work done. Otherwise, our install date could have been delayed for several weeks. 3) We gave them our word we would hire them if they were the most responsive. They were. The results thus far have been extraordinary. The performance of the 7" gutters with the ultra fine "zigzag" leaf filter pattern is excellent. And the design moves most of the water to the downspout at the end of the roof away from the house to ensure runoff is away from the foundation. We've had 3 heavy rains of 30-60 minutes since this install and as stated, performance as been exceptional. We hope this trend continues. As with all gutter solutions, there is no avoidance of some homeowner maintenance to keep the top of the leaf filters free of debris. Gutter Solutions LLC does excellent work and we commend them highly.

A strong rain and gutters poured water over my sidelight windows going in underneath and causing a ton of damage to my wooden floors. Texted, called for service and complete silence...no answer. When they realized I had a problem with there gutters they immediately cashed my second check to them, the large balance on the days I called for help but didn't have time to get back with me.
