Until recently this place was excellent. Fast, accurate, that's it. That's all it takes to be good. Maybe new management? I've seen staff turnover- the "expeditor" who was super fast and friendly has been replaced by someone who can't communicate, and the entire staff seems slow. At least when I'm waiting, he usually looks up and asks what I'm waiting for.. but they're still very slow. And not always putting the labels on mobile orders - so today they placed a mobile order in a different location than the usual pickup counter (it had no drinks already up- there was no overcrowding rationale) and then when I asked if it was mine (I gave my name and said the juice name) they handed it to me, with no order sticker.
