This was my experience, I see they have better ones so maybe it was a bad day but,,,, I went in today for my "scheduled" app. Apparently there was a scheduling misunderstanding, I scheduled via phone for 7 but they put me down for 5. I couldn't have said 5 because I know I'm working at that time. I understand that they possibly misunderstood via phone. However when I went in they redeemed my Groupon sat me down in the massage chair, then when she went to check her appointment book she yelled at me and said my app was for 5. She yelled at me in front of other customers and made me get up. It was very rude and embarrassing. They gave me the attached hand written note, she says it says I can go back another day, but I don't read this language so I don't even know if that's accurate. read more

Amazing service. I had the 30 minuets deep tissue massage for $45. It was great. It felt so relaxing and their movements was so satisfying. I will definitely return!! This is an affordable spa to get a massage. My mom had the 60 mins foot and deep tissue massage and she was very pleased with her massage. We walked in @10am and they took us in right away. They said appointments are preferred. Next time I come, I'll be sure to call ahead of time. The interior was dark and it had relaxing music very low. It was pretty clean inside. I came in a Sunday afternoon. It wasn't busy at all. I went in and got seated immediately. I got a reflexology for an hour and I feel like I left with more sores and pain than going in. One thing they did a great job with was the feet massage. My shoulders and back feels bruised. I also felt like the knots weren't really taken care of. She felt the knot and went through it twice and that was it. I recall going to other places for reflexology and they got rid of all my knots and I didn't feel soreness or pain afterwards. From what I know the reflexology for an hour is $29. I was asked how much I wanted to pay for tips so I said $5. My total was $35. I feel like it was dishonest for the charge to be made like that. I had the option to pay tips after my card was swiped. I definitely won't be coming back. read more

Great massage Wednesday evening! I made an appointment earlier in the day and experienced no wait when I arrived that evening. My technician greeted me with a smile and got to work. She gave a thorough massage with the perfect amount of pressure. She took her time and didn't rush any area of the body. It's a pretty small space with just a curtain separating the waiting area from the communal massage area. Minus 1 star because the activities in the waiting area were slightly distracting. I went to this place on a Saturday after work and I have to say that it was the best massage I'd ever had. It's hard to believe I only paid $29 for an hour long full body massage. I requested a maseuse that wasn't too rough and I'm not sure if the girl at the front desk understood me, but regardless, my maseuse used the perfect amount of pressure. I have mixed reviews with this one. As soon as possible, I dont really want giving out bad reviews. This is my first time to try this place since I got the 60-minute massage groupons for me and my husband. First, when I got to the lobby I told the lady in the frontdesk that my husband and I wanted female masseuses (like what we usually get) but I ended up having a male massage therapists; okay that's fine, maybe they dont have enough female staff on duty that day (it was monday). So, I let it go. Second, I went to this place with high hopes that I'll get a good foot massage because I thought it is their "forte"; but to my surprise, I ended up enjoying the back massage more. I thought male massage therapists will provide more pressure; I dont think I have a fragile-looking physique to begin with, I felt he just caress my foot and soles. I didnt feel the pressure points. So, I was really disappointed. I have nothing against the language barrier but I think communication is important when getting a massage, because you need to tell your therapist what specific area of your body needs attention and how hard or soft you want the pressure to be to achieve the perfect relaxation. But I wont deny the back massage, I think he did good with that one. Third, my chair stinks. Smelled like dry perspiration, it is obvious that it wasnt sanitized. It's weird because I asked my husband if his chair smelled the same thing but said it wasnt. So maybe I just got the bad one. Overall, my personal experience was bad and I am not sure if I want to go back again.. But my husband was happy with his... I had a fantastic experience here. This was my first time getting a reflexology massage so I really had no expectations. I went with my sister who found it on groupon - $29 for one hour. Side note - You don't have to buy the groupon, if you just mention the groupon they will give it to you for that price. Any way, this is a no frill salon with a communal area of 5/6 chairs. No clothes are removed so it's like getting a pedicure foot massage with other people but WAY better than those massages. They really work out your whole body. It really is a deep tissue full body massage with a little extra attention to your feet. They really massage everything - like your butt cheeks - but I did not feel uncomfortable at all. My massage therapist kept pulling my shirt down so my lower back wasn't exposed and I thought that was a courteous gesture. I will definitely be back again and soon! Highly recommended! Tip - drink a lot of water/fluids afterwards to prevent soreness! read more

Healthy Foot Spa scheduled me right in to fix my diligent neck from cooking all night or dreaming all night. It's a quick fix for sores and stiff muscles. So, I co-worker told me about this place that she goes to for a massage and cannot stop raving about it. I decided to go try it out for myself and have been back anytime I need a little r&r. They are pretty good at getting you into a last minute appointment on the weekdays for those impromptu ache relief trips. I'm not going to lie, when you walk in, you're going to think this place is a little sketchy. All of the windows are covered in massage related paper and when you walk in there is a bamboo wall with a curtain blocking your view to the inside. The lady at the counter whispers and is pretty vague with instructions. Once you go beyond the curtain there are a couple of chairs that recline and break down into massage tables. There are a couple of private little booth/rooms if you want to have a private massage. The chairs are a little worn but they're not too bad. I always get the 60 min "foot reflexology" massage, which is kind of misleading because you get a whole body massage with it, and it is INCREDIBLE. They give you a little tub of water to soak your feet and I always ask for super hot water. Some of the things that they do there are a little odd compared to a standard spa massage. If i'm going for a relaxing massage I ask for a woman but if I really need the knots and kinks worked out I ask for Jerry, Peter, or Tom. If you can take a good tough pressure massage to work out all the knots, you can't go wrong here. I would rate 5 stars if I didn't get a little sketched out every time I go in but I completely forget about it as i'm walking out. I will say, though, that I will never pay for another one of those over priced Spa Envy massages again! read more

My only recommendation for this establishment would be to have a door put in between the reception/waiting area and the massage area. It does get quite distracting when people come in asking questions or for their appointment and I have to listen to the entire conversation while trying to relax. I purchased the $29 groupon for a 60 minute massage with foot soak. OMG! At one point I actually felt myself spinning from them massaging my feet. The massage is very thorough and professional. They have boxes to put your belonging in and the chairs are extremely comfortable. I actually had a tendon issue with my thumb and it has been a lot better since my appointment. They focus on your entire body, hitting all the pressure points. My friend and I were on a "high" for about half an hour after our massages. I definitely recommend this place! read more

The hour long massage was worth every penny for $29 and you don't need a groupon for that price. You sit down and soak your feet in warm water while the guy massages your neck shoulders head and hands. When that ends he drys your feet off and spends a good amount of time working out all the kinks of your foot and massaging each toe. First time through a groupon. It was super easy to book a appointment and came about 10 minutes early. The lady took us into the room where there few 6 or 7 sofas lined up. It was nice not to be in a private room as you keep your clothes on anyways so it wouldn't matter. It was my first time getting a foot massage reflexology and I have no complains at all. The reflexology massage was great! Not much to complain about there, but the back massage was a disaster and a half. It was just uncomfortable and the fact that he massaged over my clothes just made it awkward. My first time here, and I figured if I had a reflexology/massage combo, I'd be transferred to a private room for the massage. Nope. Right there, with 2 people next to me. Listened to the guy next to me snore during his reflexology, don't blame him. But on the same note, I tried not to yell out in pain as the guy massaging my back hit some wrong spots. Oh and no one talked or seemed to understand much English. The water I was given was WAY hot, and I tried to explain this, and it took 2 people to figure out what was wrong.
