Responding sporadically, sometimes at midnight, and could never be reached on the phone during the day. In fact, I spoke to no one on the phone until my invoice couldn't be paid. She sent the confirmation email a week before our party, which should have been sent earlier, because it was the first time she brought up parking. It was not clear that we had to pay for every technicians parking. She mentioned parking validation, to which I replied the valet parking at the hotel was expensive and we could cover one car. I also asked how many technicians we were required to cover and how many were coming to which I never received response. The first technician to arrive had no idea how many others were coming. They arrived very staggered and unorganized which led to some botched nails as they were not dry before the massages. We had to make a plan to make sure we got to our dinner reservation on time which could not be moved. They were wonderful and got us through the day and did some touch ups as well. When It came to pay the invoice, multiple attempts did not work with the service they used. Which happened when I tried to pay the deposit as well. I also had questions on the bill that went unanswered. I tried to pay multiple times, I called my bank, I just wanted to get it over with. At that point, I finally got on the phone with Katrina who chose that moment to change my bill and answer questions even though I had already tried to pay my bill multiple times. The amount of stress I had from dealing with Katrina made me chew off all my nails before I even got my manicure.

I've followed my old hair dresser, lets call her Maria, wherever she's gone. Bad choice. Don't get…read moreme wrong, she does great work but I just don't think it's enough anymore. I call her to make appoinments which are never met! I always have to wait about 20 minutes before I can sit in her chair. I have to drive far to get to her. Everytime I go there, about 4 times now, I'm there for about 4 hours. It's ludacrist. Last time I went in Maria asked if it'd be ok for her sister to do my hair. I thought "oh yea, it's only color, there's now way she can f that up". So she started and I noticed that the tone in my hair was getting redder by the minute. I'm definitely not one to keep my mouth shut so I said "what is going on here" and she proceeds to tell me it's ok, it's not going to look that red. Well she goes whispers to Maria what she should do, Maria tells her to wash my hair ASAP! I am instantly livid since I heard all of it. She washes me and puts new product in my hair. A long hour passes and I am done, finished product...red hair. I look at her and say "SERIOUSLY?", get off the chair, pay, thank Maria and stomp the f out! How do you mess up color!? I haven't back since. I called her a couple of weeks ago but I just wasn't up for it anymore. You do get what you pay for and I guess that's why I have to start paying more to get my hair done.
