But more importantly, he recommended an omega 3 heavy diet and to avoid omega 6. NSAIDs were taking a toll on me so he gave me a long list of natural supplements (no bs, these have actual evidence to support their use and I am now a scientist!) : tumeric + black pepper, fish oil, vitamins, and more.
