The setup at this one is typical. The people were nice enough. There is a definite language barrier and I always do my best to communicate exactly what it is I'm looking for and make sure there is clarity on the services being provided. Given this, I went in to try the 60 minute body work session. I asked if this included full body and feet and they said yes. Barely. The guy had absolutely no technique or skill and I could tell he did not know what he was doing or how to properly asses where the muscle tension was or how to properly massage. I had to basically direct the entire massage and it was hardly relaxing. They did not include the feet, barely did the arms and didn't even do a turnaround during the session. No head or face, no reflex stretching, no reflexology.... On another note, they tried to upsell this $5 add on for "essential oils," which was literally a jar of Crisco Coconut Oil that I wouldn't even use for cooking. If you're wondering, this isn't the properly refined version of coconut body massage oil - you can literally find this Crisco jar on the grocery store shelf. Gross. Anyway, the 60 minutes cost $40 + tip. I MIGHT give this place another shot and ask for a different massage therapist or just try the regular chair reflexology session, which they had multiple chairs lined up for and seems like their main service. Advantages: the place was clean. Good, quiet location. Convenient parking. Inexpensive prices. Seems like nice staff. If I ever go back, I'll post an update.

So when I showed up I realized that Annie wasn't in. Another woman was there. I am assuming she is the new owner, and she was incredibly rude. She literally pushed me into the massage room and when I asked to use the restroom first she was very irritated. I then went back to the massage room. She came in and asked me to pay first. So no problem I gave her my card to pay. She then asked what tip I was adding. I said $15 which was over 20% on a $70 massage. She gave me back my card and said that wasn't enough. She wanted $25. I said that 20% is good for a massage. She got very angry and kept saying $25 tip.This went on for a few minutes. I was seriously blown away that we were even having this conversation... so then she grabbed my card out of my hand again and went to leave the room to run it and that's when I had enough. I asked her to please give me my card back and told her I was leaving. She got very angry again and threw the card at me and slammed the door to the massage room. I couldn't believe this was happening. So I came out of the room and asked her name. She wouldn't give it to me. I then saw a young guy come out of another room and asked her for a receipt which she refused to give him. He was very frustrated and left. I then asked for her name one last time and told her I have never been treated like this before. She refused to give me her name. She then started physically pushing me towards the front door. I'm blown away! She should not be in business. If by some chance Annie is still the owner and this woman works for her I hope that Annie sees this review and fires her ASAP!
