When we got to the massage place, the person at the desk told us that we had to wait until 6:00 even though I had made an appointment for us for 6:00. Worst decision ever. When booking he told me not to go through Groupon. I told him I already did. He told me they take 50% not sure why he goes through Groupon if he's not happy with them getting him business. Got there to have him put us in a plain boring room with no instructions. Very awkward. We all did 1 hour massage. Noone spoke english. The 3 woman working on all of us made it feel awkward rubbing us different from a normal massage. Had been to many other places before this. If I could rate this -5 stars, I would do it in a heart beat. I came to this disgusting place after purchasing a 30 minute reflexology and 15 foot soak off of Groupon. As soon as I walked in, I should have walked back out. Not clean, old/heavy/dark curtains are hanging everywhere. Literally looks like it is out of a scene of a movie where cops raid the place and bust the establishment for running illegal operations. The foot soak was nothing more than hot water inside of a plastic bowl. The "massage" was nothing more than limp hands moving from my neck to my shoulders. No pressure or consistency throughout the 10-15 minute massage. The reflexology portion had to be an even bigger joke than the decor and cracked leather seats. The woman did nothing more than spread moisturizer on my feet/legs and rub it in for 30 minutes. Which I don't even think it lasted that long. To my relief, thank God it didn't. A four year old could have applied more pressure to my pressure points, which is the whole purpose of reflexology. Someone should point that out to the woman who works there. Lastly, on my way out of the door (almost sprinting) I was stopped by a woman who seemed to be the manager. I was told to "tip" her. The manager, woman who worked on me, and another associate all stood there and grimaced at me until I motioned for my bag. I was told that the usual tip was $10. Which is a complete joke for a service that costs $30. I chuckled and said that the service was not good and not what I expected. All of them looked horrified and I walked out without paying a "tip". I fully intend on getting the better business bureau involved, as I genuinely do not believe they even have a license. Disgusting and horrible service. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! read more

I've had several great massages here over the last year, most recently last week. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are always warm and comfortable with heated tables. I always get for a relaxing Swedish type massage rather than the deep tissue, but both types are available here. I generally call ahead and book appointments with either Tiffany or Yuyu. Both are sweethearts who I strongly recommend, but there are several other masseuses here as well. Great place for a relaxing massage. read more

This place was my top pick based on the Yelp reviews as I've been looking for a massage place in Norwalk, but I wasn't impressed. the woman was very nice, but very inconsistent. I had a 1 hour full body and she was not applying the same technique through out. I receive massages about 2x a month and this was not one that I considered worth my money. When i tried to explain what I wanted she smiled and nodded. It was apparent that she didn't speak English so I was unable to communicate what I fully wanted. Also, there was some massaging of my spine and shoulder bones, not the muscles around them and again when I tried to speak up it was lost in translation. The front desk staff is nice and helpful. Today was my second visit to the spa. I loved it! I made a last minute appointment and was accommodated immediately. Helen, my therapist, was friendly and made me feel comfortable. She was very professional and courteous. My massage was very relaxing, I also had a headache and she spent a extra time on my scalp and temples. I definitely will return again soon. This is the worst massage I have received. It is what I have termed a "fuffy massage." It consisted of someone rubbing a lot of oil on my body. I have received dozens of massages throughout the years and the person that massaged me seemed to have had no formal training. A child could have done better. A quarter way into the massage I started to think that I was int he wrong place and that I was in a "happy ending" type of place. The "masseuse" did not understand the basic idea between firm or soft. Furthermore, she proceeded to perform some downright dangerous massaging ON my spinal cord. The facilities are attractive and clean, and the ladies who work there are serious about giving you a good massage. I didn't ask for their licenses but I can tell you that one of the ladies was licensed as a doctor in China and has given me several wonderful therapeutic experiences. The other lady I have used worked very hard to relieve the stress in my body and to work out some of the knots in my legs that I have since Washington crossed the Delaware. The fellow who runs the place is courteous and intent on making sure that you get your money's worth. I have had massages from licensed people and they were no better than these hard working ladies.
