The only negative thing I have to say about Oli's Pet Stuff? It's too far away! No, seriously - my wife and I love this joint. It's our go-to for our golden-doodle's - Lucy's - food and treats. We love their plethora of freeze dried "raw bar" goodies! From duck necks and heads to moo sticks - Lucy crunches right through them all! Everything is RIGHT THERE when you walk in the store - I literally think my wife and I have only been toward the back of the store a handful of times! But it's hard when the island right there in front has all we need! Long "bully sticks", pig ears, beef snouts (although disappointingly, they haven't had these in quite a while), antlers, and more. Oh, wait - now that I"m thinking about it - there is a negative thing I have to say about Oli's... It's effortless to spend A LOT OF MONEY - FAST! Haha! We love this store; we love prioritizing locally owned shops. Every employee we've interacted with has been knowledgeable, helpful, and lovely. Customer service is at its finest here! First time coming here to purchase a birthday cake for my doggos and some new accessories for their collars! Their birthday cake selection was much better stocked than large scale pet stores and the collar accessories had seasonal themes and then patterns that can be used year round. Found out about this place on Next Door. Saw so many great reviews about the store and Maddy the groomer. So glad we stopped by. The shops has so many cool and yummy things for our pets. We bought some treats to try out. The real reason we stopped by was for a groom with Maddy. I had a good feeling when Buster warmed up to her. When it came time for pick up he was beyond happy . Disinya (I might have spelled her name wrong) was unbelievably friendly and sweet to our Nani! She even knew exactly what breed Nani is and that right there impressed us since she's not exactly a common breed. We've visited Oli's a few more times after our first visit last year and staff has always been friendly and welcoming. While, I had dropped off my puppy at Pet's Plus for grooming, I drove to Oli's to visit. I was greeted from the moment I walked in. I was then, asked if I needed any help by Jasmine. I asked for more information about the store and if there were any services. She was the most informative, approachable and helpful person. We discussed my puppy's diet and wanted to learn a little more about their products. Without hesitation she fulfilled all my questions and needs, making this experience stellar and upmost professional. She walked me through the lines they carried and even gave me samples of foods to try. I offered to pay, but she insisted I give them to me. Both ladies at the store were super nice and it is without question I will be returning and telling all my friends about this cute pet store in our neighborhood. My pup Luna and I checked out Oli's Barkery the week after they opened, and they had so many awesome goodies! Though not a high end boutique that stocks higher cost brands such as Ruffwear, they had a huge Chew Bar, a bulk bin for treats, and even a selection of Vital Essentials Raw Bar! Watch your pup carefully because if your dog is like mine, they'll be stealing those yummy freeze dried treats and gobbling it down when you're not looking! My favorite part is their freezer section! They carry a variety of brands such Instinct, Stella and Chewys, Small Batch Pets, Steve's Real Food, Primal, Answers Pet Food, and more. The staff and shop dogs are super sweet, and I was happy to find how supportive of me when I told them I feed Luna a homemade raw diet. There is also a dog wash station, and they are very active on on their Facebook page - check their for their monthly specials! read more

My Yorkie has a sensitive stomach and most of the mainstream food available just wouldn't work for her. The trainer at my local PetSmart recommended I check out Oli's pet stuff, and it was great. Staff was happy to help me and knew what they were talking about. My pup loved it, and the organic selection was huge, way better than other places. Very unprofessional work from this place. We normally go to Lucy doggy daycare and Spa but decided to try out this place since lucy is fully booked. The receptionist gave us the groomer's phone number to set up appointment and what we need. We MENTIONED RIGHT AWAY with her that "we need a full haircut and full bath for a Siberian Husky that weighted 80lbs". Upon arriving, the groomer ask me what i need again, where would I need my husky to be trimmed which is a big red flag for us since I've never been asked like that before. I kindly told them maybe she needs a trim on her face, tail, and belly area. A while after I gave her all the information the groomer told me she have to reschedule because it will take too long to do the services that we originally had the appointment for.The groomer told me she thought it was a small dog when we were on the phone. I don't know why she thought an 80lbs dog would be a small dog and it seemed like she didn't even know what she doing in term of grooming. She did offer me a discount for the next time come back. But no, thank you. Never again with this place! read more

Every employee that helps me out this store provides the equal amount of treatment. They are so professional, kind and courteous. On top of that they provide great advice that actually ends up working out for me and my dog. This specialty pet supplies store is full of natural, high quality foods, treats,and supplies for dogs and cats. Based on the excellent advice from the staff, I switched my "chunky" pup to Instinct Signature Raw Diet. He is now in a normal weight range for his breed and he is much more healthy and energetic. The main reason for this review is that I also went to Oli's with another worrisome issue... My cat was suffering from chronic vomiting (no certain diagnosis by vet.) I purchased the Instinct Gut Health Raw Toppers for my cat and she has completely stopped vomiting. We are very grateful since this product really helped her. Check out Oli's.
