This store was wide and even longer going back! I happen to stumble upon their customer appreciation, 2023-06-01 to 04. There were balloons and music at the entrance. And here i thought it was a grand opening. They have 15%+ off everything in-store.  Some are even 60% off. If you spend over $100, you get a gift bag. I bought a supplement, which is usually $36.99, where I normally buy it. Their list price was $31.99, and I get 15% off! A no-brainer. Then I found a granola package with an oatmeal cookie crunch at 50% off, so I bought that too! There were lots of staff around, and they were eager to help. I don't know if there would be that many staff if it were not a customer appreciation event. There had everything that any health store would sell, but in a massive store. Then, they also had two long aisles, with food items dispensed like at Bulk Foods. There is free WiFi. I was impressed with both the friendliness of the staff, as well as their knowledge. Unlike other health food stores, where you ask them where something is, and they treat you like you're disturbing them (as if customer service is not the central part of their job), the staff at Nutrition House will take you right to where you need. They'll also dig a bit deeper, and ask for your purpose in buying that supplement, and give you either better alternatives that suit your purpose (even if they're cheaper), dispel myths (that the supplement you're buying doesn't actually accomplish the goal that you want it to), or enhance it (that the supplement you're buying works better with another supplement). This is why I like buying my supplements at Nutrition House Fairview.

He googled Coco Aminos to ensure he gave me the right product. My goal was to buy it at Whole Foods where I noticed it was cheaper. Daniel shared I should buy it at HP and they could price match it which was great. In additon he upsold me on buying a huge bag of dried hibiscus and some tahini. All things I did not plan on buying but I am so glad I did. I made an excellent salad dressing for my salad with the ingredients and a refreshing and healthy beverage with the hibiscus, I am extremely grateful for the excellent service provided, professionalism and product knowledge Daniel was able to provide. But given the touristy location, prices are a lot higher than the ones found in other regular supermarkets. Example: A pack of organic blueberries was $10.99 (as of Summer 2026). As for the grab-and-go food items, they have various bowls, burritos, empanadas, pakoras (vegetable fritters), sandwiches, and salads. It's good if you happen to be in the area and just need something quick, or for tourists who stay nearby, but expensive for routine regular groceries.

I actually bought a himalayan salt lamp here. It was a decent price and the lady manning the store was nice & friendly. It's not the largest store but prices here were a less than Whole Foods. I like supporting small businessess so I'd rather buy here what I can.
