I contact Health Palace and am told that I had refused to take delivery of my order, and on top of that 3 items were damaged so they were charging me for those and for the courier charges. I was eagerly awaiting my delivery and had received no delivery attempts or communications. The thing I don't get is how could I have damaged 3 items if I refused to take delivery of the order? Seems they didn't think their scam through very well. Luckily I paid via PayPal who issued my refund in full as they could see that HP was lying. Buyer beware, shop elsewhere.

During an earlier visit, an employee told me that CanPrev Collagen Tone could be specially ordered through customer service. When I contacted customer service, I was told I had to visit the store and pay a deposit in person. I returned on August 28, purchased several supplements and then went to the customer service desk. I calmly explained that it was upsetting to make an additional trip after receiving inconsistent instructions. One employee tried to assist me, but another employee interrupted and suggested that the problem might be because it was a US product. I explained that CanPrev is a Canadian brand and that I knew exactly which product I was requesting. The second employee then rolled her eyes at me. Rolling your eyes at a customer who is explaining a legitimate concern is disrespectful and completely unacceptable, especially when working at a customer service desk. I was not asking for special treatment. I was simply following the instructions previously given to me by an Ambrosia employee. A basic explanation or apology would have resolved the situation. Instead, I left feeling dismissed and disrespected. I will now purchase my supplements elsewhere.

just to let you guys know these people are very evil, i swear they were born in hell. they keep taking down our reviews because they are a bunch of psychopaths working here. so the guy who works in the grill section name allah, he's a nasty person. i saw him digging his nose and making shawarmas. ewww eww just so unhealthy for other people to digest into their body and then they get sick. please do not get me wrong, i am writing this review just to let you people know that this isn't a good place to eat, you all will be sick. i was a employee here at adonis, and they treated me really bad. they guys here, they all called me names like slut, bitch, hoe and they insulted me infront of customers. yes i am a victim of bully here and i'll tell you the name allah. when i asked him to go on break he yelled at me and cuss me out, i told him i was so hungry and thirsty i needed a break but he refused. this is such an abusive place. they are all racist and they only hire people from the middle east. do not buy any foods from the grill section because they give you leftover rice, they heat up the rice from the day before and brings it out to serve people. the cookers at the back actually gives me the vermicelli rice and spicy potatoes to smell, and if it smells sour they heat it up and add spices to eliminate the smell. also they dont wash their rice and vegetable before cooking. sooo soo nasty i cant believe i worked with a bunch of disgusting motherfu$kers. one time i bought spicy potatoes and i eat something like a rock, when i realize, it was sand i chew on because they dont wash it before cooking. the grill section is terrible, everyone push their hands in the pots to taste the foos before serving, also they hide behind the grill and hide to eat food they haven't paid for. the pastry section sucks, they expect you to buy their stuff but they refuse to give you to try it. please don't waste your time, effort, and money at this store. they don't deserve hard worked for money and they don't deserve your kindness. happy holidays!! i wouldn't recommend this place, it's very bad. read more

They have 15%+ off everything in-store. Some are even 60% off. If you spend over $100, you get a gift bag. I bought a supplement, which is usually $36.99, where I normally buy it. Their list price was $31.99, and I get 15% off! A no-brainer. Then I found a granola package with an oatmeal cookie crunch at 50% off, so I bought that too! There were lots of staff around, and they were eager to help. I don't know if there would be that many staff if it were not a customer appreciation event. There had everything that any health store would sell, but in a massive store. Then, they also had two long aisles, with food items dispensed like at Bulk Foods. There is free WiFi.
