I understood they were a little backed up, but the timeline seemed reasonable. Unfortunately, after Thanksgiving I had to stop into the shop on three separate occasions just to check the status of my order. Each time, I was given a new explanation, including a hard drive failure, but at no point did I receive a phone call or any communication to let me know about delays. Despite multiple follow-ups, my item was never embroidered. Because of the lack of transparency, poor communication, and failure to complete the service, I would not recommend this business to coworkers or anyone needing embroidery work. I will be seeking a different shop moving forward.

Wendy's kids stop yelling at the table next to me, I'll be able to focus and write better reviews…read more This is a cute little embroidery shop in Milwaukee inside the Vietnamese Plaza which is pretty much abandoned now and closed a lot of the time and it's really sad cuz there used to be so many cool places in here and things have really gone downhill so it's pretty depressing but what I will say is that when it is open this is a really cute place and I'm just sorry that I wasn't able to bring Barbie here because it was closed. I don't think they're closed down there because all their inventory is still right there so it's just a case of catching it when it's open and the hours are massively reduced now so just be aware of that.
