Speaking of fancy, if you want to see all of their amazing abilities to coat and cut and customize then this is the sort of place to be. I ended up going with a new nine that I'm super excited about and background came back super fast. If you're smart while you wait, you can go next-door to the deli and get an awesome sandwich too, but you're allowed to eat in the store while you wait. First - the Cons…read more Hours are less than desirable. 8 to 6 Monday to Friday, no Saturday. Hard to get to when you work the exact same hours over an hour away. Some of us work for a living. Communication can be lacking. Updates on items / processes are hard to come by. Pros - Had a Streamlight go bad within a few months of purchasing it. Did not buy it at Streichers, but Streamlight website said to send to an authorized repair center, which is Streichers in Butler, WI. It was the closest to me, I thought that is the best to do. Sent the flashlight VIA UPS. No confirmation they received it or what they were going to do. However, I got a voicemail a few weeks later that the flashlight was ready for pick up at their store. I called and left a message saying it's hard for me to get to the store by 6pm, and to let me know about shipping as I had no problem paying for shipping cost. No call back, however - did receive a brand new flashlight in a nicely packed box the next week. NO charge for shipping. I was very pleased at the end result, for both Streicher's and Steamlight (great warranty). Just wished they would communicate a bit better. Overall a solid 4 stars and definitely pleased at the result.

Craig and Becky could have been judgmental of my novice status, but instead, not only welcomed me and treated me with respect and dignity, but really helped me get what I wanted. Craig guided me to buy a .22 rifle as a starter rifle, to get used to shooting comfortably. Then, when I wanted the Ruger Walnut stock on a rifle that came originally with a composite stock, he and Becky started a month-long journey of finding the stock, realizing the trigger guard was attached to original stock, ordering that, finding out internal pieces didn't fit and grinding the inside of the stock down to fit them, finding the trigger guard well was shaped differently and chiseling that out, finding the screws were too short and getting new ones that fit. It was nothing short of amazing. With this first gun, I wanted something special, and for me that was the Walnut stock - I got even more than that - a beautiful custom rifle which I am so happy with! Now, I'll be taking a rifle course with one of them to help me start my journey! I have rarely received such wonderful customer service nor met such great people. I brought my 2018 Street Glide in for a transmission repair. After the work and a test ride, I was told it now needed about $8,500 in engine repairs due to alleged lifter failure and a damaged lifter bore. Before approving that, I got a second opinion from an independent Harley-Davidson shop in Florida. They found a different issue: the primary chaincase had no lubricant. After refilling the fluid and replacing the primary cover gasket, the ticking noise attributed to major engine damage disappeared. The technician also noted the lifter bore damage was unlikely to be the cause. The engine work was never done because I declined it. Since the transmission repair had already been completed, it's unclear why the primary chaincase was empty after the service and test ride. This resulted in over $6,100 in out-of-pocket costs, not including a canceled Sturgis trip, lost PTO, travel expenses, and lost time with family. I attempted to resolve this privately with the dealership before posting, but was unable to reach a satisfactory resolution. While mistakes can happen, I'm concerned that an apparent incomplete transmission repair was followed by a recommendation for a major engine overhaul rather than identifying the actual issue. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend House of Harley-Davidson's service department. I encourage riders to consider other options until improvements are made in workmanship, quality control, and accountability. If the dealership ultimately takes responsibility and resolves this fairly, I will update this review accordingly.

I walked into the store, waited almost two minutes at the counter before anyone showed up, and when he did, there wasn't any "welcome" or, "hello, what can I get you?" Nope. It was "what do you want" in a very disgruntled tone. Really?? Whatever, I had stopped in to buy a few small parts for an AR-15 build, basically some small springs/detents/misc parts that. ACCORDING to their website can all be purchased individually. Apparently not. I asked the gentleman if I could purchase said parts, and he grunted, pointed at their own bagged parts kits, and said, "there" I told him nicely I didn't need anything in there except for the detents/springs and bolt catch. He responded with "you want those, buy a parts kit" Why the hell should I spend $68 bucks for 5 dollars of parts??!!?? Along with this guys attitude, and obvious attempts at highway robbery...I will never return, nor will I ever recommend this absolute craphole of a business. They aren't likely to last long. I'd give it negative stars if I could.

I would absolutely recommend Wisconsin Tactical without hesitation. I've purchased quite a bit from them over the past two years, had them do work on a couple of different guns, and even took a armorer course from them. Very impressive.
