Brian Healy was timely, professional, very nice, patient, thorough, and so very helpful. I had MANY questions about the home he came to inspect, as it's been several years since I bought a home, and Brian didn't hesitate to take extra time out of his schedule to stay and talk to me about the home and the things it needed to get it in proper working order. He made great suggestions to preserve and extend the life of the appliances and AC/heater in the home, and he even recommended some very helpful hints for proper cleaning and upkeep of these things. When I received my inspection report via email, I found that Brian had taken very thorough pictures and has circled the area of the picture his inspection comments referenced so I'd know exactly what he was talking about. As a woman who knows virtually nothing about plumbing, pipes in a yard, roofing, AC/heating units, I found it very easy to follow along with what Brian was saying to me during the inspection, and found it easy to follow his comments in the inspection report with the pictures he provided. Where do I start, first off his prices are way better than anybody else. I have to say Brian is very great at what he does, he is very thorough and smart at inspecting a home, he takes lots of pics and very detailed in the inspection report on the home, which is what you need when you're buying a home. Mr Healy conducted an inspection on our home last year. He was punctual with the appointment and did a very through inspection looking at several things we would never have thought of.
