We compared prices, she was charged $4300, I was charged $6300 from Hearing Health Park Ridge office. When I called out the huge difference in price and asked for an adjustment, I did not receive anything and I have been a loyal patient now on my 3rd pair from Hearing Health. Sadly, I won't be going back again even though my audiologist there is very good.

It is a subscription hearing aid and is replaced about every 5-6 weeks. Their customer service is amazing and the appointments are very efficient and only takes about 10-15 minutes.

When I called Emtech Labs, the company that made the ear plugs for Sonus, they said they have changed the process and added a coating so they won't mold now, but since I purchased them over 3 months ago, they were out of warranty. The mold cannot be cleaned and I would have to purchase another pair. When a company has a known problem, like mold that can cause tremendous health risks, with a product they make or represent and they don't inform their customers and take responsibility, it is a company stay away from.
