DO NOT GO to this business UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES if you need professional help, especially if you are looking to get good care for elderly, vulnerable loved ones with hearing impairment! Spend some time and find another reputable healthcare provider. This is an EXTEREMELY BAD practice run by Marcus Savina. We made an appointment through Miracle Ear 800 number, and this location had an appointment with the earliest available date. We chose this provider because our friend with the same insurance coverage got their hearing aid through Miracle Ear. Apparently, it turned out that clinics are operated by different owners and signed up with different insurances and are in network providers for different plans. It took a while to get straight answer on the coverage, even though we were told that the insurance was already billed. Upon returning the device customer service experience was HORRIBLE to say less. It is unfortunate that nationwide company like Miracle Ear provide such an awful experience in customer care. To wrap it up AVOID THIS PLACE especially if you are looking to get good care for elderly, vulnerable loved ones with hearing impairment! read more

We came here to get a hearing test. The doctor explained the anatomy of the ear w/the outer, middle and inner ear. He then showed us an image of the cochlea from an electron microscope. One from a healthy and one from a damaged ear. The difference showing the damaged ear one with nerve fibers resulting in hearing loss. He explained the hearing range from both the low and high ranges and what was considered normal and acceptable loss of hearing to what would constitute a hearing loss needing some type of hearing aid. He then proceeded w/a hearing test in the booth to see what her level of hearing loss if any. All I know is she has selective hearing. According to the doctor her low end range is ok, but the high end isn't as good as the low range. Now do we want to spent $3,000-$7,000? I think it's worth getting a second opinion. Around 4 months ago, I brought my mother here and they gave me a price around $4000. I told them I didn't wasn't willing to spend that much money yet and they proceeded to throw me lower and lower prices. They should've offered me the lowest price possible instead of trying to negotiate with me. My mother is on a fixed income and I don't think it's appropriate to try and negotiate with elderly people. Her hearing is diminished and is seeing a ENT for this The doctor at Lincolnwood Miracle Ear Marcus Savina was very rude to my mom who couldn't hear him clearly due to her hearing loss. He was frustrated that she couldn't hear him which is unacceptable since this office is for patients with hearing loss. No respect for the elderly and no compassion for those with hearing issues. Have been coming here for years. It is a great place to trust your hearing to. I have been to two other places and they are nowhere near Miracle Ear in service. At one well advertised establishment I was asked, before a hearing test to see if I even needed hearing aids, how much I willing to spend ‼ Through the efforts of Audiologist Marcus my ability to hear has improved using their devices. Even as my natural hearing gets worse. I have progressed through several aid over the years as need and financial abilities changed. The set I use now is fantastic!! Now I have a pair of the best. I can really hear things I hadn't heard in years. Did you know birds sing, and turn signals make clicking sounds!? What a wonderful world. Miss Lilly keeps the place running like a fine Swiss watch. Doc Marcus does a great job in testing , checking, and if necessary putting the device that is best for you in your ears. Regular checkups, and help as needed. You will be glad you went there. When you go there say Hello to Ms.Lilly and Doc for me please. By the way, "Doc Marcus" is not an M. D. But I have a habit of calling all medical professionals "Doc".
