So, my ten year old in-the-canal devices were losing their ability to help with my hearing loss…read more Not in a humor to spend 5k or so at one of the Hearing aid specialty shops, I decided to check out Costco while in their store. Made an appointment, had a complete hearing test, and was out the door within a few days with great new devices at less than half the price of the specialty shops. Here's the kicker, found out that I could get a partial re-imbursement from my insurance but needed a prescription from my family doctor. He referred me to an audiologist, who gave me the exact same hearing tests I had at Costco, and when I overlaid the results with that of Costco's test that they provided me with copies of, the results were virtually identical.

My partner initially had this appointment himself and recommended them to me because of the staff, their service level and location. The building is clean, well decorated, and and in a beautiful location. The staff were extraordinarily kind and attentive throughout the entire process. What impressed me the most was their genuine helpfulness and supportive approach - they took the time to answer all my questions, ensure I was comfortable and gave us great personal attention during our time. Even though my appointment ran over the scheduled time, the staff remained patient and thorough, never making me feel rushed.
