When he arrived, they got his ears cleaned out (he said he could hear in 3D when that was done) and did the molds to the specifications of the earplug company. I scheduled an appointment approximately one month in advance for May 6th at 4:30 PM. On the day of the appointment, I received a call asking if I could change the time to 6:30 PM, which I agreed to in order to accommodate your schedule. However, when I arrived promptly at 6:30 PM, I was informed that my appointment needed to be pushed again--this time to 7:00 PM. After already adjusting my schedule once on the same day, I found this second change unacceptable. As a result, I left the store without being seen. This experience reflects a lack of respect for customers' time and poor appointment management. Making multiple last-minute changes--especially on the same day--is both inconvenient and unprofessional. I would appreciate an explanation for what happened and reassurance that steps will be taken to prevent this kind of situation from occurring again. Each time (and there were several), Wahiba gladly assisted me in any way she could; I was treated with kindness and respect every time.
