Jessica and Jill ran diagnostics and determined that the hearing aids both had major problems. Jill carefully explained all my options. we decided that my best option was to send my hearing aids to Starkey for repair. We agreed that $720 to have them repaired was a better option than purchasing new $7000 hearing aids. 11 days later my repaired hearing aids were back. Madie told me that rather than repairing my old hearing aids, Starkey replaced them with brand new hearing aids with a new 1-year warranty. Longmont Hearing & Tinnitus Center puts customers ahead of profit. I am a TOTALLY SATIFIED CUSTOMER. Have A Happy Day Jim Simpson

As I expected, Dr. Cavanaugh said there was nothing wrong with my Eustachian tubes and my ears were fine. I was glad to get this confirmed and have since figured out my problem on my own (which had nothing to do with my ears). Dr. Cavanaugh was personable and I'm sure he's a competent, knowledgeable doctor. I read negative comments about staff but the front desk and nurse who got me set up, were both very kind and friendly. During the exam, he said he saw a bit of ear wax, and without asking my permission, preceded to use a machine to extract the ear wax. When I received my bill, I was charged an additional $105 for this unneeded procedure. I have a high deductible so I knew none of this visit would be covered. I was not forewarned that there would be an additional fee on top of the office visit. When leaving he had me schedule a follow up even though he said there was nothing wrong with my ears. (I cancelled) My warning is: demand a break-down of ALL the charges for your visit. I wish I'd said when I entered the room that I want to know if there will be any additional charges on top of the office visit. And beware that he may want you to return for a follow up. Use your judgement on that. I have no problem paying the office visit, but I'm upset that I was nickel and dimed.

We discussed the surgery I had as a child and he said that due to the result I needed to come in yearly to get it cleared out. The quality of care was great. I would recommend this business to anybody needing an ENT. oh and it did not take 8 weeks to get in like the other business l called.
