The staff are friendly and her nurse gets you right in and is friendly and can answer any questions. Dr. Bohl-Witchey took my cultural considerations into account while handling me and my pregnancy. Two times my appointment was delayed because she was delivering babies. This just let me know that if my baby came sooner than expected she would be there. She handled my c section with expert hands and delivered my healthy baby girl. She was there to check on me before my C-section and calm my nerves and was there every day after my birth until I was discharged. Love, love, love her! I will be going back for my next pregnancy.

Fast forward to March 24, I scheduled 2 hours off at the end of my work day so that I can attend my eye appointment scheduled for March 31 @ 3pm. Then today, March 31, I arrive at the office @ 2:55pm and give the receptionist my name and information. She then proceeds to tell me that I wasn't scheduled for today, that I was scheduled for May 11, 2025. I told her that that was impossible as I had double checked with the woman on the phone, put the appointment information in my phone in the calendar app, and even took time off to make the appointment on time. I also told her that I chose this day and time due to needing prescription safety glasses because I work in the aviation industry in a safety sensitive position. I asked if someone had rescheduled my appointment and failed to call or message me, to which she replied no. I don't care what she said or what is on their computer scheduling system, I know what the woman told me back in February. I don't like to be lied to. I will not return to Eyecare of Claremore.

I finally gave up and went to another Optometrist's office in the area and was treated with total respect, which is exactly what I'm accustom to. They also have this carefree attitude that, if your issues aren't resolved this visit, you can just stop by later. Never mind the fact that they're not open on weekends so you have to take time off work to come in. But that doesn't matter right? As long as the customer is the one being inconvenienced? My point is they don't empathize with you, or show any concern for your problems and simply have a self absorbed happy go lucky attitude when this is a "service oriented profession".

Against the standard normal in Oklahoma, Dr Kaleem does not treat you like a number or treat you per the book and instead visits listens and learns before deciding how to best assist his patients. I have fired Chelsea Thomas, Matt Armstrong, Scott Cole, and Charles Taylor for all lying and not truly knowing what they are doing much less what they claim to know. None of these four poor excuses for oncologists deserve to be in oncology! However Dr Kaleem is the one and only that I trust in the entire state of Oklahoma when I have searched everywhere for more than 2 years and did not even know Dr Kaleem was right here in Tulsa OK thankfully. Tried to find reviews on healthgrade and one was negative. Said did not wear masks last year during…read morepandemic and other complaints. THEN someone wrote a review to troll that review. I tried to share negative review and healthgrade did not publish it. THEY only publish positive ones and trash of any one negative review to make it look like all good reviews and one negative review is trolled by some negative review troll. THAT is a big turn off. So came to this site that in my experience of review sites is more unbias. Those sites do take money from providers to "promote" their practice so do not find them trustworthy especially when people's complaints are "trolled". My experience was not good with the clinic either. SO after seeing the trolled review on healthgrade and that experience will just go elsewhere. It is expected that doctors will not always have 100% positive reviews and if that is what is presented, especially when negative review trolls are on the review site, go elsewhere for review searching. After seeing Dr. Nunn my level of pain has greatly reduced. When I first started visiting her I was not able to walk a half mile without having to stop and let my back muscles relax as they'd spasm. After seeing her for a year that pain was gone. I go back regularly for adjustments to keep my spinal health up to snuff. One thing I do like is she is not your run of the mill 'back cracker' if you will. When I go in for an adjustment I rarely hear a bone crack or snap. The way she does an adjustment is rather pleasant and never painful or awkward. I highly recommend Dr. Nunn and will continue to give her my business so long as she is in practice!!!
