Within 5 seconds into the session, I was told they are too old and can't be repaired. There was no testing offered, my description of the problem was not validated. My option was to buy new ones. I knew she was lying. I left with a brochure for new hearing aids. I called the manufacturer customer service and they said they still repair my hearing aids. I went to another hearing aid company and they promptly solved my problem. DON'T GO THERE!!!!!!!!

They gave me their last pair in stock (they are ordering more) at no charge. I don't live in Oklahoma and I am not their customer but they so graciously helped me out and took care of me anyway. I came in here for issues with hearing I've had a really…read morehard time hearing & they gave me a hearing test and I had a really difficult time hearing throughout the test & I expressed this and the guy still passed me!!!! Then the doctor looked at the guys notes that saw me and told me my hearing was fine and he had no concerns.. even though I know for a fact my hearing isn't fine. I'm still in disbelief on how this guy passed me when I was struggling to hear the test itself & expressed this to him. I feel like I was purposely passed even though I shouldn't have been. Today was absolutely ridiculous and if you want a legitimate hearing test go somewhere else where your concerns will be addressed and you'll get the help you need because you won't find it here.

The building looks brand new even though it's been around for 5 years. There's plenty of parking. The first floor has the urgent care and lab corp. The second floor has primary care. It's easy to check in and nurses are welcoming and efficient. It makes it get an annual physical pain-free. I'm a happy patient. For blood work, remember you need to fast for at least 12 hours for accurate results. You check in on a screen in the front and they call you when a phlebotomist is available.

From the minute I sat down with Abbigale McCarthy, I felt I was in the right place. I had gone to a highly advertised competitor first and there was no doubt I was now at the right place. These folks even removed the embedded wax from my right ear, which the other place said was not even there. Much better immediately! The exam was very thorough and Ms. McCarthy explained this well. With no pressure I was presented many options for me to decide from. Ms McCarthy's amazing vibrant personality made this a breeze I now use much more of my vocabulary other than "huh?" and "what?" The tv is now on volume 12 to 18 rather then 48 to 70. The wife is very pleased too. I highly recommend American Hearing in Tulsa and Abbigale McCarthy. Thank you. Joe Smith
