A sign would have been helpful because after 15 minutes of wandering around the hotel trying to find it, I located the room. It was locked but I could see people inside. I called and left a message requesting a refund. April called me back less than an hour later and said they send an email with these details (I only saw the confirmation email that I paid, which was on me for not looking for a second email). She apologized for the experience and said she would credit my account. I appreciate this responsiveness. I'll probably try taking a class again now that I understand how taking their class works.

I can honestly say that I have learned something from her in every class I've taken. She is very particular with safety and proper alignment. She teaches group classes that are all levels. She always has modifications and also challenges for the poses she has included in her class. Briana is very professional and spiritual. Every practice is different. She is very in tune with the yogis in the room. She teaches public group classes, privates, parties, special events and zoom. She keeps me motivated and gives me modified suggestions bc I'm new and can't yet do everything. I notice with every weekly class of hers, I am getting better. I also feel the difference the next day. I feel lighter yet my muscles feel stronger. Try their $50 month unlimited for first timers, it is a great deal! Also the majority of the other students are very friendly and helpful, which I find refreshing in this kind of environment. I think that says a lot about the energy of the studio. Hot yoga is not easy and messes with your mind (or at least mine), but it also makes me feel my mind body connection and helps with muscle brain connection.

But then told me she was too busy to continue a conversation about her services. She said my skin was too sensitive to be worked on by anyone professionally and she personally wouldn't feel comfortable working on my skin. Just be aware you have to have perfect skin to be seen here and be able to use ANY and every product she deems fit, or else you're banished from all "professional facials". Zero discussion allowed. I have lived all over the country and spoken with many skin care professionals. Never have I come across someone so abrasive and rude just for inquiring about their services. If you're going to work in a service industry, work on customer service skills and time management.

Yoga that completely blew me away with the attention to form and technique. The way our instructor explained everything was so detailed and maximized our stretch. It wasn't rushed and and he truly explained every pose thoroughly. Most importantly he was SOOO patient. I workout almost everyday so stretching is absolutely essential because of how sore and tense I get. The room is cozy, their are mats and props to use if necessary which is extremely convenient. You can sign up for the class prior so you have a secured spot in the class. I am looking forward to more classes at yoga that and definitely recommend!
