After checked for kidney, she think it's old age and genetic. Keep prescribe various medication to treat the "Symptom". Doesn't spend time troubleshooting root cause. What's worse, is her nurse practitioner Daffy. Let messages and she doesn't bother return phone call. This leaves patients in risk. I've decided to leave Dr. Still for this reason. Oh, I agree with others have comment about a bill after annual physical. Unexplained add on. But this maybe an issue issue with the practice. Ugh, US healthcare system.

Dr. Litrel has taken excellent care of me for almost 10 years now. He was the first GYN doctor in more than 15 years to actually listen to me concerns and my cry for help when I was in chronic pain. Previous doctors continued to state that it was normal to be in so much pain as a woman. He has been so patient, kind, caring, knowledgeable, and understanding throughout these 10 years. I'm happy God placed in the right place to help and serve others. The office staff is amazing as well. You are given an adequate time for scheduling your appointment. Once you arrive, you are greeted well and taking back almost immediately without having to sit and waste so much of your time.

I went to her cause I was having pain and she looked at me but didn't even swab me after I asked her to 3 times..she said she didn't need to swab me and that I was just dry and gave me estrogen cream. The pain was worse than labor! I knew it was not why I was in pain..the next day I called her and she told me to go to the urgent care. I went there and they asked me why my gyno sent me there. that she was supposed to swab me!!! That night I was in excruciating pain and had to go to the ER! They did a swab and said I had Candida Glabrata!!! they gave me cream but it didn't work so after 4 more ER visits my PCP finally did more tests and found out it was Candida and now I have to use boric acid for 2 weeks..im sooo livid..the pain has now spread to my legs and sides all because Courtnay didn't do her job! Stay away from her!!! its been a month of hell..she needs to be fired!!!! Its insane that I had to take a ambulance to the ER cause she didn't listen to me and do her job!!!!! Thats medical malpractice!!!!

We received an email telling us how much was owed by their billing department which we paid (mailed check). Then we get another bill with a higher amount after receiving confirmation that we owed the first amount. When trying to contact the billing department, you can only leave a voice mail. The email address on the statement is invalid. While their therapists may be wonderful, their billing department lacks in many ways, especially customer service.

Best of all, I was called back for my appointment ON TIME! No waiting forever to be seen. I opted to have Dr. Nguyen as my primary doctor. My last primary set the bar very high. Dr. Nguyen did not disappoint. She's wonderful. During my appointment, she listened to all my concerns, asked pertinent questions and addressed every request without hesitation.
