It is much larger than the old North Garland facility with what looks to be an emergency center in part of the building. After circling one time to get my bearings of where the clinic area was located I entered. I should say the reason I've stayed with Baylor all these years is personal, friendly service and diagnostic advanced care. So it was good to know progress and growth had not dampened those attributes, but as one should expect- made positive strides in my opinion to advance both service and care with a bit more speed. Being employed in tech I immediately appreciate their use of new "stuff", from the Phone app to the gear they employ for even my simple checkup. Nothing like speed when your waiting on the numbers! Service- It's a big place but after determining where clinic was from the entryway shingle, I was greeted warmly and escorted to the area where my new doctor served. Short wait- very good first visit with "new" Dr- some diagnostic tech and I'm done. While I was out in under 1 hr, even with a meet/greet the new doctor, I felt very good about the visit and Baylor. This was a Friday the 13th visit but I had some lab results on Saturday via the Baylor app and full results with Doctor recommendations Sunday evening. Pleased to say the least - 5/5!

However, BSW is now adding an extra $300 "Hospital Facility Fee" to every doctor visit. My last doctor visit was $300 to see the doctor, $150 for blood tests done in the dr office, and a $300 Hospital Fee. $750 for a single office visit. Baylor is "nonprofit" in the same way the Epstein Class are "taxpayers". (Their CEO made 10 million dollars last year, and nobody on the board was paid less than a million. So...)

We were greeted upon entry, electronically filled out the new patient info, then called back right away. The doctor and nurses were very warm and knowledgeable; taking the time to thoroughly explain, diagnose, and provide a treatment plan for my teenaged athlete. I was very impressed by the level of care, cleanliness and customer service provided by this clinic. The doctors office was neatly decorated, clean and had that comfortable feel with great chairs for sitting. The examination rooms were not to small but not super huge. The doctor came in right after the nurse did the vitals and everything. I really appreciated that the wait time was not long at all. I love the fact that they are respectful of your time. Dr.Raja was informative, polite, honest and sit to us straight. We loved the fact that he's a humbled man who is very gracious and kind. Unfortunately, I had to return three separate times just to get treated properly. The biggest issue is follow-up. They are extremely poor at communicating lab results. I repeatedly called the front desk to ask about results or next steps, but information was never disclosed and callbacks never happened. Because of this lack of follow-up, I was forced to keep returning in person. Nothing from my visits or lab results appeared to be documented in my account, so each visit felt like starting from scratch. Providers had no clear record of prior visits, and prescriptions were not provided because results weren't available or accessible. Overall, the lack of communication, documentation, and follow-through made this a frustrating experience, especially for someone without an established PCP. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

With some many physicians I have had very reasonable experience with obtaining appointments. However, the nurse / doctor calls backs seems bit lengthy at 3+ hours. Also, the doctors alternate days so your doc won't be in the office every day. The nurses have all been happy and nice (which helps). Isabel that handles insurance and is sometimes at the desk is extremely nice and will go out of her way to help.

I didn't go to the ER for no reason -- I went because All Care isn't open 24/7. I was getting worse, I couldn't sleep, and I was genuinely scared. I would've gone to urgent care, but they have the same limited office hours. When I tried to express to Ashley PeSek, PA the PTSD I've developed from previous medical encounters, I never expected her response to be, "You need to take accountability." That hit me hard. Yes, I went to the ER and eventually got the medication I needed, but only because the ER helps you first -- before asking if you're paying with debit, credit, or cash. I couldn't afford the prescription beforehand. The allergic reaction I had wasn't minor -- it came from an unknown source and caused painful, pus-filled welts that made it hard to even get out of bed. Still, she downplayed it -- questioning what the ER doctor said and reducing it to mosquito bites. I'm 21 years old. I know what mosquito bites feel like, and that wasn't it. Her response shook me because Jessica Agwumaro, PA and Dr. Osehotue Okojie would never treat me like that. They have always shown me compassion, respect, and understanding. They never judged me, and they always listened. They diagnosed conditions that other doctors overlooked, prescribed the right treatment, and helped me get better -- both physically and emotionally. So yes, I'll take accountability for not going to pick up the medication right away -- but let's be honest: accountability doesn't pay hospital bills. It doesn't buy prescriptions when you're sick, broke, and out of work. It doesn't ease the weight of medical debt. I don't live a luxurious life -- I'm just trying to survive. I'm not saying All Care is a bad clinic. In fact, I've had some truly positive experiences there, and both Dr. Okojie and Jessica Agwumaro, PA are outstanding providers. They're even listed on the clinic's website -- unlike Ashley PeSek, PA, who isn't. But I can't ignore how her care made me feel: dismissed, belittled, and emotionally drained. What I experienced with Ashley PeSek, PA felt cold, lacking empathy, and out of touch with the reality many patients face -- especially those of us who don't have a financial safety net. I'm not asking for anyone to lose their job. I just wish providers like her were required to receive more cultural competence training and psychological sensitivity education -- especially when working with vulnerable and marginalized patients. After that appointment, I sat in my car and cried. I had come in to get my FMLA paperwork filled out and was blindsided when I was told it would cost $100 per page, on top of my $65 copay. I had only brought $100, thinking that would cover everything -- and found out it wouldn't even be enough to get one page done. None of it was covered by insurance. I've been on sick leave with no income, and I've already spent everything I have on hospital visits and medication. Being told that I shouldn't have gone to the ER, or that I should've had my 17-year-old brother pick me up to get my prescription -- when the truth is I simply couldn't afford it -- was deeply hurtful. I didn't say all of that in the moment because I was already explaining I couldn't afford the FMLA paperwork. I was overwhelmed, ashamed, and emotionally exhausted. But even if I had gone into full detail, nothing should have justified the lack of compassion I felt in that room. That appointment wasn't just disappointing -- it was emotionally damaging. So no, I don't want a follow-up visit because I simply cannot afford it, nor do I have the emotional capacity for it.
