I had put off care because I wasn't sure if my insurance would cover it and by the time I saw him I was in constant pain and couldn't sleep through the night. He submitted all the paperwork to my insurance company for them to determine before the procedure was done if they would cover it, which they reviewed and approved within just a couple of days. At each visit he thoroughly explained what to expect and what I needed to do for after care. I wish I could give him 10 stars. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

I gave MD Imaging Inc. 1 star because they did not bill my insurance correctly which delayed…read moregetting an EOB for almost 3 months. They then decided to bill me the full amount (and not the allowed amount per their contract as in network providers with Blue Cross of California.) I followed up with them, got the billing done right, and sent them a payment. They advised me because I had not made a payment in 3 months they were sending me to collections, even though this was their fault of errors in insurance billing. Ergo, I set up a payment plan with them and they sent me to collections anyways a month later. I called Sierra Receivables and paid it off before it hit my credit. I had 30,000 dollars in medical bills and MD Imaging was unwilling to work with me and make monthly payments.
