I take my husband there to get his INR checked as he is on Warfarin. The people that work there are totally fantastic, professional, and seem to be good at their job. The office building is huge with lots of open space and lots of floor space and very attractive. They have a popcorn machine and always offer popcorn. There's a drive up window that they use to poke your finger to get a blood sample and tell you your INR and give any instruction needed for how much Wafarin to take. They also take care of any prescribing and refills of his warfarin. My husband was in Home Health care for a while and the nurse checked his INR and called the HEART clinic for instructions. They are also really understanding and patient with us paying our fees. I only gave the company three stars because of their price's. In my opinion, their fees are way too high. I know they have expenses, but they might be able to charge less if they spent less. Who knows how much they pay for that big office. They don't need that huge place. We haven't been there a huge amount of times but we've never seen another client in there but us. Our insurance doesn't pay for all the fees. we have a co pay. We found out it is actually cheaper for us to buy Eliquis from a Canadian pharmacy than to keep getting the INR checked. Anyway. I am absolutely happy with the quality of care we have gotten from everyone at the HEART clinic. I give them top marks, 5 stars for that. I also give them 5 stars and many thanks for how patient and understand they are when it comes to paying the bill. I've had no pressure from them and they even let me pay as little as $10. I just think they could cut their fees by cutting some of their expense and the 3 stars is because their fee's drag the rating down. read more

having my blood tested and Kelie Mercier called me an "AZZHOLE" right in front of several employees. She said "I don't take my healthcare seriously and that all I do is joke around" For the last 2 years, I've been going to Mercy's ENDO for daily antibiotic treatment. Ms Mercier can contact at least 12 nurses who would give a different opinion of my character, Also Dr. Miles, Dr Aung, DR. Charter (UCSF) Dr Romero, DR. Stratte, Dr. Oz, Dr, Kahn and Dr. Garnass. I had no reply to Ms Mercier," other than I wasn't clear on how much dosage of med I was suppose to take and commented that maybe it was my dementia, that's what my daughter says" Ms Mercier again call me an "AZZHOLE". After leaving the HEART CLINIC to my Shasta Lake home, I thought how unprofessional her reaction was at 8:34 in the morning, Maybe she didn't have her coffee, I don't know and I was going there for treatment, not to gain her friendship. She told me not to come back and the very nice lady, not Ms Mercier gave me a bag of buttered popcorn. read more

I go to the heart clinic once a month and its really a good experience! The little doggies greet you and the whole staff is great! Kelly takes good care of you with adjusting your medication before surgery and after monitors you back to normal! Couldnt ask for better treatment! read more
