With that said, eating more veggies is not a bad thing, so I ate it anyway. (you're welcome, Mom.) Like most small-town diners, there is a healthy take-out business, and this was no exception. Even early in the morning, there was a stream of people. And we were THOSE people, unintentionally. We showed up 15min before the kitchen closed (not knowing there was or expecting there to be a kitchen) and 45min before the brewery itself closed. I'm not sure if the kitchen staff were as excited as us, but they didn't let on that we were putting them out, even with such a late order. We did try to be accommodating- I went so far as to say "give me anything you need to get rid of." Of course, the barkeep had already taken our orders by that point & I guess that was that. I would have bought a 6 pack if they had them. The IPAs weren't my favorite. the wheat ipa was the best of them. The flying peanut butter stout in the can is their best overall.
