My 86 year old mother went for a scan yesterday and was complaining about her legs were in pain! Upon completion they helped her up but when she complained she could not walk no one helped her walk to the waiting area or offered her a wheelchair!! She was holding onto the wall the entire time as your staff watched!!! She was shaky and when she got to the waiting area just wanted to make another appointment!! She clearly could not stand!!!! You should be ashamed of your staff and office!!! There was no respect, empathy and your quality care for patients is lacking!!! I will complain with the AZ Medical Board next!!! Do no harm is the oath you took!! If she fell and broke a bone I would've sued your office. Do better and act like decent human beings!!! read more

The office is always late. Recently waited 1 hour just to get vitals taken and then another hour to see the doctor. Doctors might be good but this does not justify the waiting time. I recommend Cardiac solutions for a better experience. Very frustrating. read more

Met with Dr Suggarman and he was very pleasant as well as staff. I looked up many other Cardiac clinics before coming here ALL had many negative reviews. I felt I was listened to here as well as all my questions being answered. My wife has worked in the medical industry for 30 years and was quite impressed at the courtesy of the staff as well as the Dr himself. When I went to the Palm Lane office (first time for that location) the receptionist greeted me as soon as I walked in, even though she was already checking someone else in. When it was my turn, she was efficient and pleasant. She advised me where to sit in the huge and pretty lobby to be near the door I was going use. My experience with this office has been the worst I have had. They NEVER return phone calls. I had worn a halter monitor and returned to the office on December 5th. I called and got a teleconference with Dr Gupta to go over results. He called me on December 29th. He was late and then he began asking me if I had returned the halter monitor. I told him I did over 3 weeks before. He then told me they don't see that it was returned and they were calling the monitoring Company for the results. He told me that he didn't want me to have to wait on hold as it could be 30 min or so. He told me he would call me back that day. It will be a week tomorrow and no call back. I also have made 2 other calls and they tell me my message is marked urgent and I will get a return call. Today I called again. They have no good explanation as to what happened to my holter monitor and keep telling me they are waiting for results from the Monitoring company. I asked for the office Managers name was put on hold and then was told she had messaged everyone and there is no supervisor to talk to me. I asked for the office manager name again. She put me on hold and then I was hung up on. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE OR THIS DOCTOR!! Save yourself some anxiety and find someone else to care for your heart. read more

The only thing they are interested in is to charge your insurance for office visits. Horrible experiences!! On one visit a nurse removed my IV without cotton/gauze causing blood to stain my clothing. Second strike was when I requested FMLA paperwork & still have yet to receive it?? I am a new patient to the area. Canceled my last appointment without notice. I took off work. I'm sitting in the office now. They pushed back my 3:30 appointment without notice to 4. No call. I took off work. Again. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice? I asked for medication samples as I am without it and have a flare. Denied. That was weeks ago as they had no availability. I asked again. Denied. The woman at the front desk flatly explained that it likely wasn't going to happen (without asking). There was no apology for running late. Doubt that the service will reflect a significant amount of care about my health. Guarantee my appointment will probably be later than its "newly scheduled time." They are already 10 minutes late. I have another appointment elsewhere I had to reschedule due to their lack of communication. I wonder if they will find my records sent over by my PCP. Doubtful. Update 1: it is an hour since my scheduled appointment (30 min later than the "new" time) and still in the waiting room. Update 2: It is now 5PM, an hour past their newly scheduled time and I haven't seen anyone. Ridiculous. An HOUR. I'm literally laughing out loud as I've never experienced such a poor level of service and my idealistic self hopes at least the doctor is professional. If you are organized and timely like I am, do yourself a favor and call them to check before coming in because your appointment probably will be canceled or moved without notice. They really don't even deserve one star, this is the most disorganized office I have ever been to. My very first appointment I was there on time they had called me and switched my appointment to 9:30 a.m. from 10:30 a.m. when I was there at 9:30 she said your appointments at 10:30 I said no you guys called me and changed it to 9:30. She rolled her eyes and said we wouldn't do that. So I played her the message that was left on my voice mail. She didn't even say she was sorry. I asked if I could get in a little earlier, NO was the answer. I saw the doctor for two minutes after that my next two appointments were with the assistant. Doctors too busy to see his patients. Wonder if they charged my insurance the assistant price or the doctor price, looks like they charged the doctor price. My next appointment I get to the office and they tell me my appointments been cancelled I should have received a call. I never received a call. Shower her my phone, NO CALL! I drove from Phoenix almost out to Goodyear over to the 101 and McDowell. They rescheduled me for 6 weeks later she says it's the soonest they can get me in. I said I just got done waiting 3 months you guys cancelled my appointment you can't get me in any earlier , NO! Not I'm sorry. Just NO! I get an email this morning, says I have an appointment on 9-25. I go to there website to cancel the appointment it says to go to their website to cancel can't cancel it it doesn't work so I try to reschedule online that doesn't work either. So I call him and I have to be on hold for 22 minutes at 830am to cancel an appointment. I don't believe they really give a shit they have so many clients that they can afford to treat their patients like shit and not really care and that's pretty sad. I will be finding a new rheumatologist. The sad thing is you can tell the woman behind the front desk or miserable at their job they have no business being in that position of customer service. Okay now I am to the point that I think it is time to look for another doctor. We have been waiting to begin a medication for months and it doesn't appear that anybody in the office knows what the other hand is doing. To make matters worse they never return calls or answer their emails on their patient portal. What good is having a patient portal if you do not use it??? What good is leaving a message if no one calls you back??? I understand that people get busy but a simple call back to acknowledge receipt of your message and to give you a status update is not too much to ask. Customer service appears to have dropped to zero and I see now that I am not the only one who is experiencing this. read more

Absolutely shitty customer service and office staff. Had my Doctor retire and was assigned a new one to take over my case. Met the new Doctor one time, his bedside manner completely sucked. Attempted to give him a shot and scheduled to see him a month later for a follow up. Called a week in advance to reschedule my follow up and was told I had to see the P.A. I requested that I be seen by the new Doctor as he pulled me off of 2 of my 3 daily medications the previous Doctor had me on. They stated that is not possible and against there policy as I am not able to see the Doctor every appointment. Never was an issue or problem with my previous Doctor. I was informed by the office staff if I dont like their policies to seek medical attention elsewhere. The new Doctor then proceeded to discharge me as a patient there and refused to refill my 1 daily medication I was still on. This facility and staff has now put me in a medical situation as I do not currently have a prescription refill for my daily medication which is the key medication in fighting flares of my condition. I highly suggest finding another Doctor group as this place is SHIT! read more

I went in to have my RA prescription refilled in 2/2018 and by 4/ 2018 I still have not been provided a prescription to manage my RA. Instead I've been tested for a nerve conditions I never complained about. I transferred to AZ from MN a little over a year ago mainly to get some relief from constant joint pain due to my RA Dx. Back in January, my flare ups became hard to managed and I had run out of my routine medication so I asked my PCP to please refer me to a RA Specialist, he referred me to Arizona Arthritis & Rheumatology Associates. When I called in January they told me the next available appointments for a new patient would be MARCH. In disbelief, I agreed to the apt. but worried about how I was going to manage my pain for a whole month with no relief. I was unfortunately prescribed prednisone by my PCP. By March, I was still in pain but was managing, during that apt I was basically told there was doubt that I really had RA. Although my medical records from my previous provider indicate a Diagn of more than 4 years. I was told that I need to have another blood test done, even though they told me to bring the results from my January visit with my PCP, Dr. Chohan would want her own results. In my opinion, this was an unnecessary request, since the lab work my PCP did, did indicate levels of inflammation. I had to reschedule. I left the visit feeling overwhelmed, bullied and still in pain. My next visit was scheduled for the end of March, I did my blood work 48 hours before my appt. I was told by the outside lab company that it takes 48 hours for my bloodwork to be completed. The day of my apt, I was told by Dr. Chohan's PA that it takes 2 weeks for them to get the lab work, and I would have to come back. At that apt, I was told a nerve conduction study was ordered; I assumed it was to see what was triggering my joint pain. I explained to the PA, that I was still in pain and needed something to manage my pain. I told her that I had, had a few recent falls a couple down my stairs and a few going up and was having a very hard time maneuvering due to my joints pain. The PA completely disregarded my comments and sent me home with nothing. I was told the next available date was at the END of April. I asked the front desk to look into finding a closer facility; the travel time for these apts. was costing me 3 hours out of my day. Again, I left feeling overwhelmed, bullied and still in serious pain. No return call was ever recd', I later learned my request was never documented. The day of my nerve conduction test, I was completely BLINDSIDED, the test was for carpel tunnel, nothing to do with my JOINT PAIN. I explained this to the physician and said I don't believe that I need this test. He said that it was ordered to rule out carpel tunnel; I told him my chief complaint is management for my RA, I have NO IDEA how I went from coming in to refill a script to having a nerve conduction study done. None of it makes any sense. After the test, the physician stated what I already knew, mild to moderate. No need for the test just another visit to be billed for. I advised the clinic that I was no longer going to drive an hour to be seen at this office becuz these visits have been a complete waste of my time, nothing has been resolved and I continue to be billed with no resolution. The admin informed me of their 'No Transfer' rule stating unless Dr. Chohan approves a transfer I cannot decide to be seen by someone else. I explained, that it just was not feasible for me to travel this distance and unfortunately, due to my newness status, I had no idea that this clinic was this far and unless the transfer was approved, I would no longer be a patient. The day after the visit, I received a call from the clinic advising me that my transfer was approved, but I would have to get NEW lab work! And I was asked if I had completed my X-Ray's to view my joints yet? I was floored! I asked, What X-Rays? When were those tests ordered, and where do I go? The caller had no answers; instead she told me that I would have to call my insurance provider to find out where I should go to have the X-rays done. I asked again, if the X-rays were ordered, where was the order sent? She couldn't answer, but asked me if I was going to keep my 5/1 appointment? I said, "HOW?" You can't tell me where this X-Ray order is. I explained to her that I feel that their whole operation is suspect and set up to bill for unnecessary services. The next thing I realized is that I had been hung up on. This has been an extremely trying experience and I will be reporting this to my employer group and insurance company. read more

The doctor at this office cannot call himself a doctor because doctors help and not make patients sick. First of all their x-ray tech did eight x-rays on me and after the fourth one she asked if I was pregnant, after I told her that I might be because I am trying to get pregnant she continued with the x-rays. I have found out later that I was pregnant and I miscarried. My doctor told me that the x-ray could been the reason I lost the baby. I relay on medications for my arthritis and while I have been waiting for the office to send a new authorization so I could order my medication I received a call from my pharmacy that the doctor send them a note not to refill my medication. When I called for a clarification I was told that because of a no show appointment they will no longer help me with my medical needs. I never knew I had an appointment that I didn't attend because if I relay on medications of course I would show up to all of my appointments. I can't believe that a person that called himself a doctor would just leave me without access to medication, ignoring my health, he just left me for my condition to get worst. This is an exceptional office for a Rheumatology practice. People are always in pain and not at their best when being seen by the physicians or nurses. In the 12 years that I have been using the services of a Rheumatologist, I was skeptical about my doctor (Dr. Nehad Solomon) moving to a new practice. After reviewing the old reviews I have found that the circumstances are quite the contrary. The aurora of the whole office staff is one that is highly concerned about your treatment being their top concern. I love going to the Sun City West, AZ location! Marcia is the supervisor for the Infusion Department and from day one, let me know that my comfort and well-being is the top concern of the office staff. I had never experienced this at the previous practice and since I have been going to the new practice since last November--I couldn't be more elated at the change! I understand that from time to time that offices get busy and you have to wait. This has not been a problem as I have received excellent care with both the staff and even though I had some confusion with the billing -- it was taken care of by Genelle, the supervisor of billing. I would hate to think of what I would do without this organization and the people involved. They have made my life easier by eliminating the negative atmosphere and knowing that my health is viewed as their top concern. It's miles ahead of what I had in the past and I am so very grateful. read more

I wish I would have accessed yelp before ever stepping foot in this practice. I have never seen a staff more inept than the staff at the Palm Ln location. They never...and I do mean NEVER answer their phones nor do they return calls when messages are left. I spent nearly 2 years with this practice as a patient and the lack of concern and inability to perform simple tasks like make appointments, return calls, direct calls through the proper channels Just kept getting worse. The frustration and lack of concern regarding ordering tests stat so that I could get started on a specific med undoubtedly exacerbated the rheumatoid symptoms. In incredible pain I finally threw in the towel and went to see a different rheumatologist yesterday. Guess what the labs I have been waiting weeks for a call to schedule were completed today. Chest x-ray tomorrow. Once results are back I will be ready to start infusions. Save yourself a huge headache and find another rheumatologist. The staff in this office will eventually be the demise of this practice. This should be zero stars but Yelp says I have to select a star. read more

Mallory at Arizona Arthritis infusion is the best infusion nurse I have ever had. I have been getting Remicade infusions every 8 weeks for over 4 years at many different locations. When hooking up the i.v she is consistently painless! She is personable, caring, gentle and great at what she does. read more

I went to see this doctor they show in the picture, last year. She was horrible. She asked me why I was there and I told her I think I have arthritis because of my pains, etc. I told her my family doc said it was probably arthritis with aging, and she said, "I deal with 100 different kinds of arthritis, so what do you think it is!", literally raised her voice with me. I told her she was the doctor and that's why I was there! She then calmed down, and ordered tons of blood tests (the one good thing). Then when I went back in to go over the blood tests, she said I was fine, no rheumatoid. I was so excited. Then, I go to my family doc about 6 months later because things were getting worse. I told him I went to see her and she said I didn't have arthritis. He was so upset. He pulled up my blood test results, showed them to me, and said I had positives all over the place on the blood tests, and that I definitely have RA. He was amazed at how she treated me, and how she gave me a wrong diagnoses when the results were right there. She is a horrible doctor. She is a pretty doctor, but I am pretty also. I honestly think she didn't like me because of that, because when walked in office and looked at me, her whole demeanor changed, and she was above rude to me. My RA is getting so bad now. I think some times if I could have started treatment 6 months earlier, when she told me I didn't have it, if it would be any easier to bare right now. Do see her if you go there. I wish I could remember her name. I regret calling and complaining about her. She is in the wrong business. read more
