My girlfriend loved her massage from Ren. Facility was clean and quiet and relaxing. Highly recommended! J.Ja

In January, I took the time to write a thoughtful and professional message and electronically send it. When I arrived for my February appointment, I realized I had not received a response. I printed the message and hand-delivered it to the staff. One staff member verbally acknowledged, "Yeah, we received it." Now, as I prepare for my March appointment, I still have not received any response. As noted in my original review, I have been a loyal customer since 2020 and schedule my appointments for the entire year in advance. My massage therapy journey began in college after a physician referral, and it has remained an important part of my wellness routine ever since. I value my relationship with my massage therapist just as I value relationships with my physicians and hairstylists. Jordan knows my body well, and I feel comfortable in his care. To be clear, this review does not reflect the majority of the staff. Many are consistently kind and professional, such as Amour. This feedback is directed toward the staff who appear dismissive and unwilling to provide a professional response to reasonable customer feedback. While booking my 2026 monthly appointments, I noticed yet another price increase. The 90-minute deep tissue massage increased from $155 to $180 -- approximately a 16% increase. I did not request any price adjustment or special accommodation. I simply scheduled a 60-minute deep tissue massage at the current $140 rate. My only request was that the spa consider announcing annual price increases in advance. In the past, staff have called to acknowledge feedback, which I appreciated. I expected the same professional courtesy this time. I am not asking for the owner to contact me -- simply a professional acknowledgment. This seems reasonable considering the spa regularly sends emails and newsletters with other announcements. A former employee mentioned the spa has been under new management since I began coming in 2020. If expecting basic communication and professionalism is unrealistic, then perhaps my loyalty as a long-standing customer is also being taken for granted. Supporting a business should never feel like your voice is dismissed and doesn't matter.

Disappointing experience. Service started off well. I booked…read morea 2-hour "Iyashi Signature Full Body Massage" online. Upon arrival, I was greeted and seated in the waiting area with my feet in a tub of warm water--plain water, no scents or additives. I didn't think much of it. I was given a sheet to mark my preferences: pressure level, areas to focus on, and what I did not want. I selected medium pressure, clearly marked NO stretching, and indicated focus areas on the body diagram: neck and shoulders, low back, quads, calves, and feet. I also chose the stress-relief aroma, though I never smelled any aroma during the service. Once called in, I used the restroom and was guided to a private room. The first therapist, a woman, was wonderful--attentive, good pressure, and responsive when I asked for adjustments. She started with a massage over the sheet and then added oil for my back. The first half of the service was genuinely great. Then, midway through, I heard the door open and quiet rustling. No one said anything, and I immediately felt a different pair of hands. A moment later, a male voice spoke, which surprised me because no one informed me of a therapist switch. I don't mind male therapists, but a heads-up is the bare minimum. Despite me clearly marking NO stretching, he grabbed my arms and pulled them backward while I was face down. I said "ow, please put me down." He continued stretching me in a way that felt rough and careless. When he lifted my arms, my bare chest also lifted, and he was positioned directly in front of me, which made me feel extremely exposed. When he finally put me down, I decided to just let the moment slide instead of escalating it. The rest of his portion felt rushed and inattentive--he barely addressed the areas I marked (especially neck and shoulders), mostly rustling through my hair. The foot massage was okay, but he dropped my legs down abruptly afterward. He also broke my hair clip, threw it away without asking, and didn't apologize. When I checked out, I told the front desk girl I was unsatisfied. She told me I should have spoken up during the service--except there was clearly a language barrier, and the situation made it hard to advocate for myself in the moment. I also mentioned the broken hair clip, and for that, she offered a 5% discount. Can't say I'd return. The first lady was great, though I didn't catch her name. Unfortunately, the bald male therapist completely ruined what started as a promising experience.

Stephanie did thorough intake of my needs & expectations prior to my massage. She knew exactly how to manipulate my neck as I was in the late stages of healing in my cevical spine area, post MVA. This was my first massage from Stephanie & I was amazed at how she "knew" what my body needed. She has a keen sense of inner energy, where & what is needed. I was impressed with Stephanies professionalism. She is top notch & I highly recommend her. I can't wait to schedule this treat for myself again. She left me feeling open, like my body was breathing fully. I was relaxed & able to move with a fluidity I didn't know I was missing. Self care + Stephanie Morey = Quite A Massage! 5 Stars

I found quite a massage by accident and went online to book. the website was a super simple yet clean design...lol...I know you are probably wondering what this has to do with massage, I look at everything when choosing someone to come to my house. Anyway, I book online on Thursday of Friday of last week. She arrived and got set up. I REALLY didn't know what to expect, but OMG....her hands are freaking AWESOME. We were talking a bit and I told her I dont like deep tissue, because people tend to dig around and it hurts more when they leave then before they came. She somehow managed to go deep and smooth over areas, that I know where jacked without hurting me. Love, love, love Stephanie. I told her everyone in the world needs to feel these hands. I haven't told her yet, but she is my new massage therapist. And her price is SUPER reasonable. better get in on this while you can...lol
