It's been over a week and a half since my service and I still retain that youthful glow (in addition to my service I have used some of Melissa's products, and they have maintained that "glass" look- I don't even want to wear make-up because I love my bare skin again so much!) The service itself is also epic! Melissa's studio is so calming and relaxing. If you are in need of some R&R, you can expect that as well. Life gets so busy, and sometimes you just need a little silence and stillness to reset; that was an added bonus that I did not realize going in that I would be blessed with. I felt like the cares of the world just faded away, and I could be completely present in my pampering. She really knows her profession and is a skin expert. It was nice to chat with her about all the different tools and products in the industry. I decided on 2 treatments that day based on her recommendations and how much time I had before getting back home to the baby. We even factored in a meeting I had the next day, so I wouldn't have wrecked skin that needed to heal for a long period of time. One of the treatments was a new and innovative combination of something that I don't even remember what it's called now (mom brain). She mentioned I would see the results that evening and the next day. She was right! The next day I could see and feel a difference. I am 2 days out and my skin is noticeably better. She was also correct in that I would have no issues with my meeting the next day in having to cover up any redness or healing skin. I had no issues at all. I can't wait to go back in a few weeks to do the same and more treatments. I would definitely recommend this spa to anyone. She truly cares about her clients and her profession.
