At consultation I was asked if I had any food allergies, likes/dislikes etc. And I was told this information was going to be used to prepare a custom diet plan for me. When I received the plan, I saw food items on there that I had specified I did not eat. So I tweaked the recipes myself. My biggest disappointment was that there was no follow up, during or after the diet. I felt like I had given $500+ for a few recipes I could have easily downloaded off Pinterest. I would not recommend them to anyone.
