The two representatives handling our application, Samantha and Joshua, repeatedly told us they were "working hard" to help us obtain financing. However, throughout the process we were treated in a way that made us feel like we were unworthy customers rather than people trying to purchase a vehicle in good faith. We were asked to gather multiple documents quickly and submit them for verification. We did exactly that and cooperated fully with every request. Despite this, the communication we received was dismissive and disrespectful. During conversations we often felt talked over, not listened to, and made to feel as though we were somehow less important than other customers. They even went so far as to say that we falsified documents. Buying a vehicle is already stressful, especially for people working hard to rebuild or improve their financial situation. Customers deserve to be treated with dignity and basic respect during that process. Unfortunately, that was not our experience with Samantha and Joshua at Princeton Auto Group. Because of how we were treated, we chose to withdraw our application and take our business elsewhere. Dropped from 28 to 25 psi while we exited I80 to see if we could get service in Spring Valley. The first place we stopped could help us out in three days. The next two did not have air. But - a customer referred us to Spring Valley saying they might have air. Not only did they have air, but they checked all four tires - and tried to figure out what might be causing the problem. Even though they couldn't make the repair - they helped us out tremendously with giving us air and recommending the near by WalMart tire Center - where they found the mail we drive over. The gentleman from Spring Valley refused to take any payment from us - even though he worked on the tire for at least 15 minutes. Excellent customer service. Seems to me that someone who is willing to help some random travelers at no charge - is the kind of person I would do business with if I had need of auto body repair.

Most of my interaction with Carlson was via email - I could tell that Gary was very professional and knew what he was doing. The repairs were extensive, but our vehicle wasn't totaled, and they fit us into their schedule, even going so far as to let us pick the vehicle up on a Saturday afternoon, less than 2 weeks after the collision. I found out that Gary had actually driven that morning to get the correct replacement headlight from a dealership in suburban Chicago, and made sure it was installed correctly on the car on a Saturday. I've owned award-winning show cars and know auto paint, and our vehicle's paint is perfect, the repairs were done correctly, and we experienced no issues driving the car home 11 hours to Maryland. First-class repair, done fast, by nice people who know what they are doing. Can't recommend them more highly.

I left the car there and he called me and said it was the brakes sticking. There was zero indication that the brakes were swerving or anything. The car stopped fine. So I told him okay. I trusted him. He came and picked me up after the car was done and dropped me off to my car and left. He charged 550$ for back brakes. I got into the car and it did the exact same thing. Hesitant. It didn't want to go. I texted him while trying to get home safely and he never texted back. I had someone look at it, it was a 5$ hose. This man is a crook. He's a out right liar.
