    WARNING TO FUTURE CUSTOMERS:…read more My husband and I recently tried to purchase a vehicle through Princeton Auto Group, and our experience was extremely disappointing. The two representatives handling our application, Samantha and Joshua, repeatedly told us they were "working hard" to help us obtain financing. However, throughout the process we were treated in a way that made us feel like we were unworthy customers rather than people trying to purchase a vehicle in good faith. We were asked to gather multiple documents quickly and submit them for verification. We did exactly that and cooperated fully with every request. Despite this, the communication we received was dismissive and disrespectful. During conversations we often felt talked over, not listened to, and made to feel as though we were somehow less important than other customers. They even went so far as to say that we falsified documents. Buying a vehicle is already stressful, especially for people working hard to rebuild or improve their financial situation. Customers deserve to be treated with dignity and basic respect during that process. Unfortunately, that was not our experience with Samantha and Joshua at Princeton Auto Group. Because of how we were treated, we chose to withdraw our application and take our business elsewhere. Don't think because you have something in writing that they will stand by it... Bottom line - I walked away.

    Been in the business for 20 yrs. on and off .Pretty hard to get anything past me .... A deer got me…read moreand caused over 8G . in damage.Called around 10 different shops . No one could fit me me in , even Insurance Co. preferred shops which SVAuto is with State Farm . Told Mike my situation was the only one that guaranteed my time frame for rental and even with holiday coming. Did awesome work , color and blends were perfect. Would Refer them to everyone..     Traveling from Chicago to Iowa during winter storm Elliott and the tire pressure light came on…read moreletting us know that one of the tires was losing pressure - quickly. Dropped from 28 to 25 psi while we exited I80 to see if we could get service in Spring Valley. The first place we stopped could help us out in three days. The next two did not have air. But - a customer referred us to Spring Valley saying they might have air. Not only did they have air, but they checked all four tires - and tried to figure out what might be causing the problem. Even though they couldn't make the repair - they helped us out tremendously with giving us air and recommending the near by WalMart tire Center - where they found the mail we drive over. The gentleman from Spring Valley refused to take any payment from us - even though he worked on the tire for at least 15 minutes. Excellent customer service. Seems to me that someone who is willing to help some random travelers at no charge - is the kind of person I would do business with if I had need of auto body repair.
