The day came and we find out after the appointment at Honda the car never made it. Confused here as he said they'd pick the car up at 9 and it was 2 and no car. We called and the guy was abrasive and changed his story to we had to pay before they would tow it. Had he made this clear the day before we would have made that happen but the way he made it sound was that as long as we paid it sometime the same day that would be fine and they'd tow it to Honda. I had planned on going down a few minutes ago but after my conversation I decided to write this review instead. Bad customer communication and rude.
