The two representatives handling our application, Samantha and Joshua, repeatedly told us they were "working hard" to help us obtain financing. However, throughout the process we were treated in a way that made us feel like we were unworthy customers rather than people trying to purchase a vehicle in good faith. We were asked to gather multiple documents quickly and submit them for verification. We did exactly that and cooperated fully with every request. Despite this, the communication we received was dismissive and disrespectful. During conversations we often felt talked over, not listened to, and made to feel as though we were somehow less important than other customers. They even went so far as to say that we falsified documents. Buying a vehicle is already stressful, especially for people working hard to rebuild or improve their financial situation. Customers deserve to be treated with dignity and basic respect during that process. Unfortunately, that was not our experience with Samantha and Joshua at Princeton Auto Group. Because of how we were treated, we chose to withdraw our application and take our business elsewhere. I called them and I was given a quote right away and given such good advice and information from the receptionist. They were booked for a little over a week but that was okay with me, only meant that they are good at what they do. When showing up for my appointment everything was very simply and easy. I had already known what I wanted and the price was fair. The man who worked on my car and who took care of me at the counter was very nice and caring. It took a couple of hours as they had stated and once I showed up to pay for my service and pick up my car I couldn't have been happier. I have now had my tints for a month and I'm completely in love with my car all over again. No problems with the tints at all. I have definitely recommended this place to my co-workers and family. I see myself going back and getting my sunroof to match the rest of my tints.

Did not call me to say they would rather not attempt to clean due to the type of interior, just decided to keep trying without telling me about the interior until it was all said and done. Had to take my car back to them TWICE for interior cleaning and also tint job. I had all my windows tinted $325 mind you... and there was contaminate all through the tint, was bubbling, and even creased in areas. Once they redid it the second time they sliced my defrost in my rear windshield and then blatantly said they didn't do such thing when confronted. Was also made aware that their secretary was the one who did my interior cleaning. I was refunded all of my money after approaching this issue TWICE with them. He didn't remove the tint that was left on my car, so now I have to either find someone else to remove it, or deal with it. I also had to wait 20 minutes TODAY and call their shop to even talk to someone. 10/10 would not recommend to anyone in my life let alone anyone if they asked me about this business.

The minute I found the alert I called about the car. The guy I spoke to wasn't the least bit pushy and gave me great helpful info about the car. When we came out to look at the car he pointed out all it's issues (with a 25 plus year old car, there will be issues)and put it up on the lift for us so it would be easy to see the under carriage.
