After totaling my previous truck on the interstate and, by God's grace, walking away without a scratch or missing a single day of work, I knew in my heart I wanted another Ram because of its durability and safety. Thank you, Derek, for taking such great care of us. If you're looking for someone who is honest, professional, and truly cares about his customers, I highly recommend asking for Derek McMahan at Red River Dodge. Thankful for God's protection and for such a wonderful buying experience!

The vehicle randomly stalls while driving, shifts itself into park, and engages the parking brake. It then struggles to restart and fails to properly charge the battery, causing loss of essential vehicle functions. This is not just an inconvenience--this is a major safety hazard. I do not feel safe driving this vehicle, and I absolutely will not allow my family to ride in it. The dealership has had multiple opportunities to fix the problem and has failed. They have blamed wiring, battery issues, or claimed they can't find anything wrong. At one point, they opened a STAR case and replaced the MGU (Motor Generator Unit), stating it tested bad. Even after replacing a major component, there is still no confidence the issue is actually resolved. I have repeatedly been told the problem was "found" or "fixed," only for it to happen again. At this point, it is clear the root cause has not been identified. Customer service has also gone downhill. What started as a helpful experience has turned into staff being rude and dismissive simply because I've had to bring the truck back so many times. Getting a loaner vehicle is extremely difficult unless you escalate the situation to management. Stellantis has been no better--refusing to take accountability for what is clearly a defective and unsafe vehicle. I am making payments on a truck that is unreliable, unsafe, and not fit for normal use. This has been a complete failure from both the dealership and the manufacturer. If you are considering buying a new Ram truck, I strongly recommend you think twice.

It's very disappointing to experience the customer service or lack there of that I had a Mark…read moreMartin's KIA dealership. There was no one on the lot but me and my father and I had been looking to trade in my vehicle. Mark really needs to speak to his car salemen about customer service and training them on professionalism. When I am doing business, I expect the best customer service, regardless of if I am offered a great deal or not. I scope out everything from the beginning of the visit to the end. It was a super humid day and after test driving three vehicles, I had asked if they had any water. The car saleman replied that they did not have water, but I could go to the water fountain. That was strike one! Strike two was when as I was trying to make the deal. I expressed the salesman that I was interested in the New KIA Seltos. (We test drove s Seltos, a Sportage, and a KIA soul). I was opened to the Sportage, but I was sold on the Seltos. After I expressed my concerns with what I wanted in a vehicle, my interest for the Seltos was basically dismissed. Among the negotiation, the car saleman said "Even in you don't get a deal today, I'm not worried because your car is still in good shape." This did not sit right with me at all because I felt that at this point, I was not heard and to be honest the salesman was not even really trying to make a deal. After getting my information to run my credit, I was told that it would take about 30 minutes to an hour to run my credit and that my dad and I could go grab a bite and that I would be called. I was under the impression that I would be called back to meet in his office to agree on a deal. That did not happen. I received a text message on what my payment would be. I would have loved to discuss this in person. I replied back with "thanks, but no thanks." What bad business.... Moral to the story: For us to be the only customers on the lot ( especially with everything going on). I was looking forward to negotiating a deal but I will not be doing tacky poor business with any of the Mark Martin's franchises. My credit is exceptional and holds value and I expect that when I do business ESPECIALLY with my hard earned coins. After graduating college, I thought that my experience would be a pleasant one, however, I ended up very disappointed. The cars had spiderwebs in the wheel wells , so I know they had not been driven in a while and a negotiation could have been made easily.
